We had an incredible stay at Francisco’s place. Everything was clean and in order. The place matches the description and pictures. Francisco was the most incredible host. He was super friendly, extremely responsive and came immediately when we needed anything as he lives in the same residential. During our trip, my friend lost her phone and Francisco went out of his way to go retrieve it for us. If we could give him a million stars we would. I would definitely book here again or at one of his other properties. Highly recommend.

Good evening, In general, We had a nice stay, located near the beach and nearby services a great location for tourists a short walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy beautiful days in the sun. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, answering our questions and giving us valuable advice on places to visit and eat. I had a fantastic stay at Jesus’s Airbnb! He was an excellent host, always available and ready to help. He even assisted me in getting day passes to see family I hadn’t seen in years, which made my trip extra special. The communication was top-notch, making everything smooth and easy. The complex itself is beautiful and packed with activities, perfect for relaxation and fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Eli place is great for a guys trip or bachelor party. It is really amazing how the house was designed. Hector and the staff are friendly and willing to help. Eli is also very responsive and has someone to assist you for anything you might want to do during your stay.

This place was awesome! It has everything you need, plenty of space for 3-6 people to sleep comfortably, cooking utensils, 2 bathrooms, and space to hangout in the living room or terrace. You may need to buy cooking ingredients and order new water but Lorenzo sends you a guide with super clear and helpful instructions so you know who to call, where to go and how to get what you need. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away and it’s a pretty safe area. I loved staying here and would recommend it to everybody coming to stay in punta cana. I definitely want to come back!

Good location near well stocked supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. Building is very nice and everything was clean with newer furniture. Beach is in front of the complex. Nice shaded balcony to sit and enjoy breakfast. I think the actual name of the building is Playa Turquesa Ocean Club.
