The Art Villa is a perfect place from which to explore Bávaro. If you want something a little bit different than the resort bubble, the location and creative decor make this a perfect base. Daria was absolutely fabulous. Her hospitality made the trip extra special for myself and my group!

Greta place near the beach

the room is large and comfortable, they have good equipment and highlighted the water to drink in the hallways. Breakfast is very rich, although if you book for Airbnb it has an extra charge of 5usd.

Daria is such a wonderful woman, picked us up from the airport. She was so heartwarming, and very helpful, gave us so many advices and recommends where to go and what to do best in Punta Cana. Everything was very lovely

Darias Place is a great place to stay. Walking distance from beach and restaurants. Super friendly staff and you can get breakfast for 5$.

An exceptional stay, very good location super close to the beach, good security, good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and many other things. Just thanking the hosts for their kind help before and during our stay, always very attentive and with that willingness to help. Totally recommended!

Great view and location next to the beach, multiple restaurants near. Fast responses from the contact. Spend New Year there so the beach was quite noicy from all of the celebrations on the eve, but that is part of the NY.

The location was as advertised. The room was comfortable. Every time I reached out to the managers, I got a quick response.

This was a fantastic experience. Location was perfect, the guys were very attentive and communicative, Especially Christopher and team, they were great. A few hiccups but they attended to all my needs. I think I found my go-to spot next time that I am in DR. Please have no hesitations when you book, everything is well worth it.

Super recommended this place, the photos of the publication are as shown. Mari who is in charge of the super friendly house and attentive to any request of ours even allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after delivering the room while our flight departed, the place has wifi and air conditioning so it is comfortable, the location is privileged since it is throughout the hotel area and the beach is only 7 minutes walk away, it is a very quiet area even at night. We had some problems with the bathroom floor grill since it made it cover a little and the water did not go down smoothly, as well as in the bathroom not having direct ventilation felt a little the smell of humidity, still the stay in general was something incredible.

Excellent, comfortable and clean 10/10

The place is very comfortable, clean and nice. Perhaps the only thing to keep in mind is that in one of the photos the TV is shown with Netflix, which suggested to us that access was included; however, when we tried to enter, we had to log in with our account. Otherwise, everything is super good.

Communication with Miguel Ángel was super good, although I did not know him ; what yes , we have to improve the attention of the people who help him at the hotel.

Very good location, I used it to stay there because my flight was leaving early in the morning and I arrived very fast
