Vacation rentals with a patio in Batu Ferringhi

The flat was perfect all round! Lovingly and cosily furnished, very clean, super equipped. The apartment is located in a great residential complex and nice neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back on our next stay in Penang! Nikky made sure we had a pleasant stay, also for long term rental. There is a weekly cleaning service which makes a great job. Even drinking water and laundry detergents is provided and filled up, just to name two examples. Internet is stable with around 30Mbits for having video calls without any issues. For exploring Georgetown and the island a motorbike or car is recommended to be flexible, but it’s also doable by grab. One of the best AirBnBs, definitely.

My first experience with AirBnB in Penang and it was excellent! Beautifully furnished room, pleasant and clean, exactly as advertised. The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

The place is very clean and everything was easy with the check in and host had really clear instructions, was very happy with the kitchen amenities, airconds were cold enough. Beds smell great and clean. Love the layout of the place and looks exactly like the photos. Had an amazing time staying at the place. Will definitely come again. Plus point to the amazing view !

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

Great decorated house. Lovely for big group of 10. Garage with 2 parking spots and back entrance is very convenient. Only downside is top floor beds have quite a few winged ants.

We are 6 adults staying at Apple’s place. We stayed there for 1 week and we absolutely loved the place. This place was a perfect find for our holiday with kids. The place had a spacious porch which was suitable for activities for the children. In addition to that, we did a lot of cooking since we stayed over the Chinese New Year period. The place could accommodate everyone and everything that we needed to do. Cutleries and dishes were enough for the pax required. Ming Brothers was also responsive to requests for cleaning tools despite it being the eve of a major holiday. Thanks for the great location to stay. Keep it up & we highly recommend Ming’s home.

The location was in a great spot, super close to 711, cafés, and restaurants. It was nice and quiet too, which was a plus. The host was awesome-really responsive and gave clear instructions. The place itself was just okay, nothing special, but it matched the price. Overall, not a bad deal!

The host is very responsive, quick to solve my requests. The condo unit and the building are all very clean, the facilities are great. The only con is it's not very walkable to downtown area, and there is no decent restaurant within walking distance, the taxi ride is very cheap though. Overall is a great stay.

Just wanna say: Its really 1. Great enviro 🥰 love the I.D of the house. 2. The beds is really comfy including the extra bed provided - tq so much dear. 3. All the stuff in the bathroom is complete. Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!

Lim is a wonderful host! Super thoughtful and very responsive. The flat is in a great location with Gurney Drive a short walk away and downtown an easy 30 minute walk away. Grab and the bus system are also easy to grab and go.

Pleasant stay and the family were all satisfied. The host was responsive and the check-in went smoothly, and the house was neat and clean. very good location. Near to everything you need. House was as described and everything was in proper order. we had a wonderful stay. Definitely gonna repeat the stay.
