We throughly enjoyed 5 nights at Hilton Homestead over New Year’s. Such a peaceful spot and the renovated home is just beautiful - the perfect mix of old and new. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watching the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and many home cooked meals. The surrounding towns are also quaint and very enjoyable to mosey around. Watching and listening to the cows being moved early on the first morning was a treat! Thank you Megan and John for the lovely stay. A perfect country getaway 💚

We had a such wonderful stay at Jess’ place! The cottage is nice and cozy, with a spacious backyard (Great for kids running around and have fun) . Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and clean, as well as the kitchen. Jess is very friendly and responsive from the start to the end. She’s been an amazing and helpful host. Highly recommended her place for anyone who’s visiting the area :)

Emma’s place is great for our group of 5 with 2 kids to stay, beds are super comfortable, we had a good recharge after long day of sightseeing. Kitchen also well equipped for family to prepare dinner for kids. Location is at a quiet surroundings, we enjoyed the walk (just a few mins) to cafes, with maple trees along. Thank you Emma!

Jenolan House is a great place to stay in Oberon. We were there for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is large, the bedrooms big, and it is all tastefully furnished. Plenty of Sun and light make the house nice and welcoming. A shelf in the second bathroom shower would be welcome (the shower is small and it is hard to use it with the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner bottles on the floor) and we have suggested this to Orit. Be aware that, with the outdoor furniture under the double carport, there is not enough room to get bigger vehicles completely under cover, but there is plenty of off-street parking available, so not such a problem. All in all, a lovely house and well worth the stay.

stayed the weekend at this accommodation and was perfect the hosts are very friendly and accommodating,the surrounding views are gorgeous,as is the property,you can spend time with the animals they have on property,it really felt like home away from home. recommend staying you won't b disappointed.

Great place and great quiet location, but really close to the town centre. House was super comfy and perfect for a family. Luke was a great host and offered early check in, without this being requested. This was a great touch and really appreciated! Would recommend a stay here!

Amazing host and great for families who need space for the kids to run free outside.

Hannah's place was super comfortable, organised, and clean. She made us feel very welcome even though we didn't have a chance to meet her during our stay. I'd highly recommend Hannah's place if you're staying around Bathrust!

We had an amazing time at Jo and Scott's slow space. They went to the extra effort to provide us with a few snacks that didn't contain any traces of peanuts so that my partner could also enjoy them (due to his peanut allergy). They were friendly and responsive. The space is beautifully designed, very clean and the perfect place to relax and unwind from life's stresses. We were lucky enough to be the first to enjoy the new sauna which was the perfect addition to the swim spa. Our stay consisted of morning saunas, home made pizzas in the pizza oven, coffee and pancakes whilst watching the cockatoos, galahs and rosella's fly by in the morning, and to top it all off some amazing sunsets while bobbing around in the heated spa. We highly recommend this little slice of paradise and can't wait to go back ☺️👌🏼

Perfect Stay for Our Family Gathering. We recently booked this Airbnb for a getaway with three families, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious enough for all 16 of us, and it was impeccably clean upon our arrival. Everything we needed was right there, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't have been better—surrounded by beautiful scenery and just a short distance from shops, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the ideal setting for our family to unwind and create wonderful memories together. Max, the host, was exceptional! He was very responsive and attentive, ensuring everything was in order and that we had everything we needed for a great stay. Considering the size of the place and the amenities provided, the price was very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

If you're seeking a tranquil bush retreat, we highly recommend staying here. Surrounded by abundant wildlife and a river nearby, it's the perfect escape. Plus, it's conveniently located about an hour from both Mudgee and Bathurst, offering the best of both nature and great pubs, breweries and wineries. The cabin operates on solar power, so electricity is limited, but if you're happy to disconnect, you'll have a fantastic time. We spent hours enjoying the stunning views from the balcony, swimming in the river and having fun with board games. It was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks Susie for our wonderful stay. We had such a lovely stay! The host was warm and welcoming, greeting us with fresh sourdough on arrival. The train carriage was cosy and peaceful — the perfect spot to unwind. We explored the beautiful grounds, stayed off our devices, and ended our days by the fire roasting marshmallows. A truly restful escape! We couldn't ask for a better weekend.

The property is perfect for large groups. The house is very spacious and comfortably laid out with stunning views from the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The games room was a nice feature. The house was pleasant and cool when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated Riannon’s flexibility and understanding with a late change in plans when a couple of our friends had to drop out due to illness.

We had a great stay at Moodie cottage during our visit to Bathurst for the Proctor Cup. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of cute decor. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the large deck watching the sunset over the lovely backyard. Great coffee just minutes walk away and conveniently located near town. Our host, Kathleen was responsive and wonderful to deal with. We will be back next year!

Such a beautiful home and setting. Sitting in the living area and looking at that view was like living in a postcard. The home sleeps 9 easily and accommodates the needs of adults and children. Walking through the property, and coming across foxes, kangaroos and wallabies was a bonus. Highly recommend this setting if you want a home away from home, that brings you back to nature.
