Very impressed! The speed with which Zazi responded to my questions prior to leaving my home was less than 10 minutes, and because of that, we had no questions when we got there. The home had a rustic country look and feel to it. We were very comfortable. Everything we needed, other than food of course, was provided. Internet was great. Cellular coverage was weak, but we were already aware of that. It's a mountainous area and that's to be expected. The heat was on when we arrived and the house was a comfortable temperature. We loved it and have another trip planned next month. Honestly, we will probably make this a yearly trip!!! Thanks Zazi.

Very clean. It appears the kitchen has been recently updated. Nice to have coffee provided too. Great views too. The listing needs to be updated to reflect that there is WIFI which is very much appreciated!

Mohammed and Maria were great. The house was perfect and the views were amazing. The house had everything you would need to have a great stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Pam and Gary are wonderful hosts.. they have a cute little cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. we were able to go to the Omni homestead natural springs and other activities in the area.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect. Walking distance from the little town and from the Homestead. Super clean and comfortable. Adorable historical house with so much character. We loved our stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay. I loved that all the rooms had at least a full bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the views were great. There is literally nothing this host could do to make this place better.

Quiet and peaceful spot in the Blue ridge mountains. House was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. The host was nice and friendly over message. Overall- great stay! Would come again.

This home is beautiful. It felt like home to us. loved the porch swing. the house had everything you could need, shampoos, tooth brushes, coffee (and creamer!!!!), even a dozen farm fresh eggs. the detail to the little things is really amazing. the little creek was beautiful and we loved splashing in it. it has an amazing hike to a beautiful deck built to watch the sunset. the hike is quite steep but it isn't very long, and totally worth it. the host was extremely responsive and kind and helpful. we will definitely book again!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our visit to the area and perfectly located between the Warm Springs bath house and the town of Hot Springs. The place had everything you need to be comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend for anyone who visits the area.

Fran’s place is an absolute treasure! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near the Warm Springs, the Omni Homestead’s amenities, and a variety of elegant dining options. The cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, complete with a kitchenette and living room, had everything we needed. Fran truly thought of every detail, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The creative, whimsically chic décor added a delightful touch of charm. Fran herself was an exceptional hostess, full of local knowledge and kindness. Her dining recommendations were spot-on, and her tips for visiting the Warm Springs and exploring the area were invaluable. It was clear she’s well-loved by the local community, and her warmth made our visit even more special. We can’t wait to return in the spring to enjoy more golf at the Homestead and try Fran’s other suggestions. Great place for stay in Warm Springs. Close by the warm spring pool, restaurants and other amenities. Clean and comfortable house. Great for couple enjoying a little get away from the city.

What a beautiful hidden gem. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful you can hear the river running just prefect. The cabin is beautiful and warm and inviting. Lots of windows and very comfortable. The bathroom is huge and the shower is good. The front porch is great for coffee . Definitely worth a return trip. Easy to fine the drive is breathtaking. Enjoy this hidden gem.
