Very clean! The apartment felt very new. The location is great for being near the town square. We enjoyed that every room had a king bed. The bedroom doors are barn doors which aren’t the most private.

Nice place. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice patio in the back. And very comfortable for our dog.

Chad was a great host. The place was extremely clean in a great area. Everything was exactly as posted and better.i would recommend to anyone!

Beautifully decorated place. Was perfect spot for my family, and in close proximity to everything you would need in Batesville! Host was quick to respond to my messages.

The home was very nice and with the directions easy to get to. We felt very comfortable and had an enjoyable stay.

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed in Jay’s place for 4 days and loved it. It is perfectly located in a nice area. The apartment was decorated with great little details that made it feel like home. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. They even have candy bars to snack on. I would recommend staying here we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at The River Runs Through it, we will return. It was beautiful all the way around!

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

We loved our stay. There is plenty of entertainment to keep a family busy and multiple areas to relax.

The place was spotless and smelled clean. The house inside was decorated so cute and the outside was pretty with lots of flowers and a nice lawn. Lots of wildlife. We saw a cool frog and firefly’s! We come to Arkansas about once a year and I would love to stay at Cynthia’s place again. I felt at peace there.

This is a REALLY beautiful spot on the White River. We enjoyed the fire pit and caught a lot of trout. It is a very clean property with a great floor plan. Host is very responsive and attentive.

We enjoyed Danny's cottage. It was clean, nice, well priced, and an amazing location. Would definitely return. My only complaint is that the 300 piece puzzle I completed only had 299 pieces lol

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

Let me say Dee was an awesome host responded very fast. The condo was everything like the photos. My guy and I enjoyed our weekend away.. Dee provided everything to make you feel at home. My guy is a truck driver will most definitely return and highly recommend to reserve this studio condo, Love Love Love!!!

Perfect place to stay for a golf trip to Fairfield Bay. Spotlessly clean and having cookies and chips to snack on was a nice touch.

The Owls Nest was the perfect place for our weekend enjoying the Moonshine Festival in Clinton. The place is so cute and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely come back and highly recommend
