Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. Our only suggestion is it would be much appreciated if there is a second TV in the bedroom. Overall, o

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Cha's place worked out great for my family as we celebrated my eldest's birthday. Everybody was comfortable with their beds, and the place was very clean. The kitchen knives were dull (hopefully they replace them soon), and the stove was kinda slow to cook since the power was weak. The pots and pans were not adequate for a large group like ours since we cooked multiple dishes. Cha's responsiveness is impeccable and unmatched. She was very helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.

The host is very accommodating and considerate. There was confusion at first on the number of beds available, as it turns out, it was a studio type unit. The host provided us a workable and convenient remedy. The place is nice and cozy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly cozy, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space—it was so relaxing and peaceful, with plenty of trees that kept the area cool and breezy. Sitting by the patio and enjoying the fresh air was such a treat. The hospitality was also top-notch. The caretaker always greeted us with a warm smile, and the hosts were very responsive to our needs and inquiries, making the whole experience even better. Overall, this is a 5/5 stay for us! We would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful and cozy stay! The house is warm and inviting, and we especially loved the comfy dining chairs that made our meals feel extra homey. It’s in a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to SM Lipa and the city center. We were so tired from an event and ended up oversleeping, but the owner was incredibly kind and graciously allowed us to stay a few hours beyond the designated checkout time so we could rest. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, there were board games available, which was such a fun bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

Flexible check-in, and the place was spotless-especially the linens and towels, which were so fresh and clean. It felt very homey and comfortable. The caretaker, Gagay was helpful, and the host was easy to communicate with, even allowing us to check in early. The subdivision is private and well-maintained, and the unit is close to the clubhouse which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate how the host has thoughtfully provided everything a guest might need, including YouTube and Netflix subscriptions. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

We really enjoyed the PS5 and the beautiful view of both mountains and lake. Unit was clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time!

Best place to stay if you want to relax with the view of mount taal. Walking distance to some place to go in tagaytay or you can ride public transpo just a few steps in front of the building. Feels like home provided complete necessities. The bed and linen are comfortable and the aircon works well to give you comfort in your whole stay. Defenitely one of the place we can go back.

if you're okay with not having a good view, this is a good place to have. the room is clean and smells nice everything is in order, ambient light is cool, no shortage of pillows, and overall a spacious place ( for 2 people) the host always reply quickly specially on the day of your check-ins, transaction was smooth and easy and I find it very pleasing. I guess if I were to nitpick, the only thing that I can say is there is no game (board games, console games) in the room, and then again if your purpose is just to rest, then it's a perfect place. I'll definitely will come back to this place, and maybe with more nights 😁

Nth time stay here in Eco's Crib and it was even better than the first time because you became very familiar with the place. Every time we are in Tagaytay we always choose to stay here because of the peaceful and relaxing place, near to everything. The owner Sir Ralph is super nice and very accommodating. This place is a must-try. It's a well-designed, very clean and well-kept house. Kevin is very polite and treats us very well. We always have a wonderful time here.

Marlon’s place was so clean and full of the things we needed like water, hair dryer, towels, kitchen ware, and many more. The check in was smooth and on time as well. Marlon was very responsive ever since I booked his place which I really appreciate! There were free shuttles roaming around pico until night time and the area felt really safe. It was easy to get to and from the beach at any time we wanted and the guards were really helpful. I recommend staying at least 2 nights. Overall, would love to stay again! Thank you!
