We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. I had such a relaxing stay at Chino’s place. The place was quiet and the room was clean and spotless. The location was perfect as it just a few minutes from famous restaurants and coffee places. One thing I loved about Chino’s place was waking up in the morning and sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Chino was also responsive in answering my queries. The caretaker was also nice as she’s responsive to our needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Sarah’s place was a great find! The place is huge and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The open spaces for dining and living areas enabled us to enjoy the company of one another more freely. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable as well. There’s huge outdoor space to dance/exercise while basking under the morning sun. I would like to commend Belle’s accommodating and approachable nature. She’s a gem! Special shout out to Eric, who’s always ready to lend a helping hand. I am very glad I found this place! Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

Such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful home in the perfect setting. Big enough for your large family. Restaurant and small market (Sari-sari), with all you need, 20 feet from the entry gates. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great stay in this airbnb resort. It was bigger that I expected, when family started arriving, we saw that the pool water was getting filled up, giving us the confidence that it was "fresh" hot spring water that we were going to be swimming in. Water was warm (but not boiling hot!) all through out, which is what I wanted. We were a total of 14 adults + 1 child but the place was spacious enough to accommodate maybe 20. We arrived with all beds made up and some thick blankets to spare. All AC's running and were already set to 17 degrees when we came. Place was clean and big garbage cans were strategically located with trash liners inside. Place was advertised as capable of holding 2 cars but parking was able to accommodate as much as 4 of our cars. Amazing place, amazing stay! Thank you very much for hosting us!

The place is a rare-gem - completely private and lots of beautiful corals in the surroundings. The caretakers and 5 dogs welcomed us so much. The caretaker even accommodated our requests for bonfire, trekking, and boat snorkeling. I really recommend this place if you’re nature-centric and wanting a peaceful vacation. Also, the sunset view is on spot and beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was great and perfect! Place is great for weekends with the family all the way to big celebrations. Pictures and descriptions are true to experience ( a bit better 😉) owner and caretaker were super approachable and hands on. Will come back soon! Thank you again!

Spacious, secluded and with rooms that are nicely spread throughout the Villa grounds, and therefore give a sense of privacy. Nice and helpful staff, nice (personal) vista of the Taal volcano from the top floors. The pools are a definite plus and are well kept. Overall a wonderful experience for the entire family.

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

Villa Lumbreras inside Crosswind is a perfect place for a quick vacation in Tagaytay, its very pretty and relaxing. Its away from the busy places but within driving distance. The guesthouse is as described , very clean, everything you need is available, lots of places to eat nearby, My relative said it has a very positive vibe. Lastly the host is great, thank you for having us.

Mam Jacque was very responsive and welcoming when we arrived in Prime Residence. We liked the unit because it is spacious, we had a comfortable and peaceful sleep. We didn't use the a.c because of the cold weather and we really felt the Christmas vibe. The kitchen utensils were complete and we got what needed. They even provide free towels for all of us, free shampoo and soap. She also gifted us red wine and chocolates. Also, what we like was the free parking. I recommend Maam Jacque and her unit to celebrate special occasions or also for relaxation. Thank you so much to your kindness and warm welcome.

We enjoyed the whole stay! They even gave us a lot of freebies including extra time for jacuzzi and extended time to late check out the next day since we arrived a little bit late. Will definitely recommend this place ❤️

The overall experience was superb, from the reservation inquiries, to the check-in, to the wondrous view and clean space, to the attentive staffs and of course the hospitable and friendly host. highly recommended and maybe the best stay we had in the area. Definitely worth 2 thumbs up!

We first booked here in 2019 and had a great stay. As expected, the unit is very clean and organize. It has well equipped kitchen, it had everything you need. The host will send detailed instruction on how to check in.

Lyn’s place was a welcome reprieve during my family’s stay in Batangas. She was helpful when finding the location, and check in using lockbox was easy. The place was clean, and had usable amenities. My family had a good stay. Only con would be that the AC smelled a bit musty, but it is humid and raining on & off outside. WiFi was range was small, mostly downstairs. Otherwise, checkout was breeze & would recommend!
