House as advertised in the photos with stunning views of the sea and its sunset, Claudia and Regine are adorable and paid great attention to us especially when we arrived late, finally the house is perfect for ten people.

A peaceful week in Danielle's house who is a welcoming and very friendly host! The exteriors are magnificent, the view is exceptional, the pool is very pleasant, the nature omnipresent. It's ideal for exploring Basse-Terre.

Impeccable accommodation nothing to say perfectly matches the image on the site,very quiet perfect for quiet weekends as friends. The manager of the accommodation is very welcoming even without being on site. I highly recommend it because I will go back.

A true haven of peace! We had an exceptional weekend in this Ecolodge nestled in a beautiful natural setting. The place is charming, warm and of rare tranquility, perfect for unwinding. The place was very clean, and the small pool, simply splendid. There is also a river and small natural pools nearby. Special mention for the welcome and meeting with the owner, with whom we had a very pleasant exchange. We leave conquered and rested, delighted to have discovered a place that we recommend without a second thought!

Great welcome. Host very sweet and very kind. Excellent accommodation facilities and the private pool is great! All very clean. There were 5 of us and we were treated to welcome accras! We recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation is perfect, very well-equipped (washing machine, coffee maker, outdoor kitchen, terrace, etc.), as mentioned in the listing. Pool with sea view, the ti punch aperitif/sunset with Mario, the planter and the accras made by Murielle was a real pleasure. We really recommend this place, you can stay there without a second thought.

We left Guadeloupe twenty years ago with a tight heart. we found it even more beautiful in this holiday accommodation perfectly suited to our family. the view is superb, the neighborhood is quiet, it is modern, it is functional and with crazy charm. what did we feel good there!

The accommodation is very clean, spacious and very beautiful. It is very well provided, nothing is missing! The lack of air conditioning is not an important point as the ceiling fans do well and the windows are with shutters and screens.

We 100% recommend this listing as described, which met all our criteria. Very well located on low ground close to all the places to visit as a family. Corine and Fred were lovely to us and we were welcomed as members of their family. Beyond a vacation rental, it is a rich human experience that we retain from these few days in Bouillante. Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate any longer—this is the place you wanna rent in Guadeloupe!

We had a great time at this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and as described. Valerie was absolutely wonderful: welcoming, available and always ready to help while respecting our privacy. Her attention to detail and kindness really made a difference. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time, the place and the view are great, 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully well located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

Quiet and very nice house as well as its small garden with local colors. Very good comfort in the house and on the large terrace. The equipment is also very complete and the welcome is warm. A Carrefour maket is nearby, it's easy to go shopping even on foot. The place is well located for getting to both Grande Terre and Basse Terre.

Very good stay at Annick's, with the small pool perfect for cooling off. The location is central to the island, making it easy to explore both sides. Clean and functional accommodation, and very good communication with the host. Thanks again ✨

Very nice little stay, and very quiet with my kids. Close to the beach on foot, and amenities. The Villa is very nice and functional.

Beautiful secluded villa but close to the village and all shops! Great for sightseeing after visiting the island! The pool and garden are very nice. The amenities are perfect and in sufficient number! Nothing was missing! You can book without a second thought!
