Awesome place! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful set up. The pool area is like a resort. We enjoyed playing pickle ball on the newly surfaced court. Highly recommend!

We truly loved our stay here. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is beautiful as well as the pool. The location is also very good with easy access to Mopac and 45. 5 stars!

Stayed at Chris and Vanessa's for my 60th with my three kids and our granddaughter. Plenty of room for everyone, large open Living/Dining/Kitchen room where we could all gather. Completely light-filled space was fantastic. Kitchen is VERY well appointed with all the pans, plates, cups you could want plus a very good supply of staples that you don't always get and are so helpful, like olive oil, more spices than just salt and pepper, sharp knives, mixing bowls, etc. Bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were very nicely updated as well. Very nice place for a group. Longer walk to restaurants than many other places, but the neighborhood is exceptional and we still walked almost everywhere including the park, South Congress, and Lamar. Was also able to rent the CityBikes at the park and get around that way too. Good option.

Great neighborhoods, amazing view and beautiful home. My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a blast. The game room was perfect for our kiddos, and the home was spacious enough for our family of 5. We will book this property again if we visit the area a second time

We had a perfect weekend in Austin staying here. We had everything we needed and it was great to jump in the pool after a long hot day at Zilker park. Also, I do t think I’ve ever stayed in a place with so many thoughtful “in case you forgot” touches!

This place was perfect! The home was beautiful, and the pool was absolutely amazing—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we loved it so much that we even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The location was great, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

clean, convenient location. met our needs for a friend's get together. only downside was not having a heated pool. the description being Pool Retreat is a bit misleading during this time of the year.

We booked this spot to be close to the ACL festival and it was a perfect fit for what we needed. Hope had great breakfast recommendations and replied quickly to our questions. We definitely will consider this for next years event.

The home was impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and greeted us with a clean and fresh ambiance from the moment we walked in. Larry’s exceptional hospitality stood out throughout our visit. His attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs were remarkable, and he handled every request with patience and professionalism. Given the outstanding experience, Larry’s property will be my top choice for future Airbnb stays in Austin, provided it’s available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was clean, in an easy to find spot and felt safe and quiet. The house was spacious and open floored making it easy to entertain and connect. The location is perfect for Rainey St. and Congress, being a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. Taylor was a kind and attentive host, and was also willing to be flexible when permitted. We would absolutely recommend this home and would choose it again if we find ourselves back in Austin.

Bill's retreat was wonderful! It was the perfect place to beebop around S. Congress in Austin. It was a peaceful place to retreat too and rest up! Would definitely stay again when returning to Austin!

Really well appointed house that mixes classic stlye with modern conveniences. Fantastic layout as well. Each room was super inviting

Nice and comfortable home for our family of four. Kitchen had all of the appliances we needed and having a king bed in each bedroom was a plus. Mattresses on the soft side on all beds. We really appreciated being within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful getaway location. Felt very private. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for the stay! Smelled great upon arrival and was clean!

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Only critique was that the hot water never seemed to warm up completely when showering.

Carries AirBnB is one of the top places we’ve stayed in worldwide. You’re near the best of downtown yet in an amazingly peaceful location. The decor of the house was unique and charming and the bed and amenities were really comfortable. We hope to stay again each time we visit Austin.

This is the host with the most! I stay in many air bnbs and this host was the best. The most responsive host and he goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We made great memories here with our family. We absolutely would book with him again as he was pleasant, kind, and went above our standards.

This was the perfect place to have a bachelor party! The place is incredible and close to downtown area. We played lots of pickleball and watching football on the projector. Allen is also super helpful and answered all my questions in a great timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place
