Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

Another exceptional visit! Annie's home is cozy and comfortable, and VERY well appointed. As before, communicating with Annie was a breeze, and the location is ideal. A short drive north to Wickford (straight out of a Hallmark movie), or south to the shops and restaurants of Narragansett. The whimsical artwork and other touches make it a perfect respite from our busy lives.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house! It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the convenient location (close to Gooseneck Vineyards, Whaler's Brewing and Carriage Inn restaurant) and the pet friendliness. Unfortunately we were up during a blip of unusual winter weather, so we did not get to enjoy the cozy looking patio and yard, but hope to be back in the future. For future winter visitors, the driveway was plowed, and there is a snow shovel for renters use which we appreciated both of.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.
