We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

Our family gathered for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic stay! The house was great, plenty of room for all of us, even though we weren't able to take advantage of the awesome decks and back yard due to weather. Ned was great, very helpful answering questions, making recommendations and assisting with requests. Couldn't have been more pleased!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

Steve was very organized and reached out to make sure everything was going well. The instructions were wonderful. The house was perfectly clean and so cute! Thank you Steve!

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.

Tim’s Property was great! A beautiful spacious home. The indoor pool and hot tub are a great amenities. Would recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay again.

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we could possibly need & perfectly decorated in a beachy theme with wonderful touches for Christmas! Right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the furnished deck & the living room! Easy to find, parking on site & simple keyless entry. Only a couple of minutes to walk to all of the shops/entertainment but still enough away to not be right on top of things & feel private. Swell Cafe, less than a 5min walk to the center, is open year round & perfect for all kinds of coffee, teas, hot cocoa & food with lots of healthy options. Sin A Loa, also in the center, has the best Mexican food & margarita/mojito flights! Quick walk to Blue Ocean if you're catching a show. Diana was absolutely wonderful & we can't wait to visit again!

Great House with a big backyard and deck. The home is in a great location with views of the ocean. Sandy’s place was perfect for my group and I . Easy parking for 3 sedans. Piano was a nice touch and was perfectly in tune for such a humid summer.

Absolutely beautiful location. The stay was great. Had a small hiccup grtting the code, but they all worked great to make sure we could get inside. I'd love to make it back one day! The beach is 30 seconds down the road. It's quiet and peaceful all the time. Too cold in oct for the water but was on the beach every day and so secluded with no one around on it. Home had plenty of space.

Our family couldn’t have asked for more from our stay at House of Clare. Location, amenities, cleanliness, and top of the line appliances were clear from the get-go. I’m not joking when I say this home is better equipped than our own home — hosts know what they’re doing and have truly thought of everything. This was the perfect first vacation environment for our newborn, my mother, and my sister’s family. We hope to return!

Great spot, great host. Awesome fire pit pit on the river. Cook and dishware stocked kitchen, comfortable living and bedroom space, fun game room. Steve was responsive and cordial.

This is a very nice Airbnb in a great location. Beach is very close and we enjoyed walking g to nearby restaurants. The place itself is very comfortable and larger than it appears in photos. Definitely recommend.

Came to Maine for the weekend to go to Kennebunkport. Super easy drive. The home was clean and inviting. Easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend Kathy’s place to everyone. Also price was very reasonable :)

Booked our first family trip with my parents and sisters family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Loved our stay in this fun and beautiful property. Plenty of space for our group of 13 and the kids loved exploring the house (especially the movie room and mini arcade). Spacious yard and walkable trails to see the foliage and Laudholm Beach. The tall ceilings and plentiful windows made watching the stunning sunrise peaceful and relaxing. The jet tubs were a bonus! It was a great retreat and space for our family to get together. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Awesome home! We had a family gathering over Thanksgiving, and this home had everything we could have needed and more - well appointed kitchen with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Michael was proactive and attentive without being intrusive. The house is a very quick drive to the center of town. Five stars all around!

We’ve had the absolute privilege of staying in this beautiful home a couple of times before, and as always, it is always wonderful. Marty is an exceptional host with a beautiful home close to everything you could want in Concord. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy, the home is cozy and welcoming. The full bathroom is one of the best of all the Airbnb’s we have stayed at in New Hampshire… with a large shower and a sizable sink and vanity area. I highly recommend this location.
