Excellent location and good place for extended stay.

Excellent location, walking distance from Larcomar, feels very safe, well decorated and comfortable. The host was so kind and good responding to any request. As described you need to have good driving skills to park a big vehicle in the garage.

Highly recommended! Viviana's place is conveniently located near transit (Metropolitano) and amenities in both Miraflores and Surquillo (e.g., Café Origen is a great place for coffee lovers). Despite the nearby highway, not a lot of noise comes through. The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. Viviana has clear instructions for everything one needs and she's very available through messaging otherwise. Would definitely come back.

We loved staying at Maria's apartment and highly recommend it. The location is amazing and central to everything we wanted to do. There are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and many points of interest within 10 minutes walk. The neighborhood feels very safe, and we had no issues walking at night after visiting the restaurants and bars. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the comforts of home. Communication with Maria was very efficient, and she provided plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. She is an excellent host, and we will definitely stay at her apartment when we visit Lima again.

Juan Carlos responsiveness from the beginning of our trip planning made our travel smooth sailing. He continued to be available for our needs. The place is as described. Quiet. I like that it is a secure bldg. Hope to stay in other property in Peru hosted by Juan Carlos.

A very good place for a long and short stay. It is a very well communicated place and you can find everything close to the place. It's remodeled, I like it.

Monica made it easy for us with a private serve to pick us up at the airport, which really helped us with our limited understanding of Spanish. He got us checked in. Let us know if we need anything to get a hold of him. She also left us so many recommendations for food, entertainment, and outings. By far one of the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had and the view is incredible.

Really good place to stay in Lima. The apartment looks better in reality than in the pictures, and the view is amazing. It has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very well suited for that. The neighbourhood is good, safe and clean. You're in walking distance to any supermarket, restaurant or attraction in Barranco and Miraflores. Ana Maria is a great host, helped with everything and responds fast to any question. Great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

A1. The whole experience was immaculate, the pictures of the skyline views doesn't do the whole place justice, absolutely amazing. The building is secure and there's 24/7 assistance. Restaurant, Bars, Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacy, EVERYTHING is walkable distance.

Really great! That's why I decided to extend my stay here. The place is very comfortable and the location was very practical for me since I had to attend the University of San Marcos. Yulimar, the assistant with whom I was communicating, was always attentive to my concerns and responded promptly. They communicated with me through a group of guatsap (poorly written but not leaving me) where they indicated use of tv, kitchen and washing machine that was very useful to me. To get to the place it is a little complicated at the beginning but then you take your hand, in addition Yulimar made it easier for me to plan and directions. I'm very happy with the stay here

This was a great spot to crash after our trip to Machu Picchu! Would recommend. Had all the space we needed. Walter let us check in early to accommodate our flight.

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.
