I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stunning 2-bedroom apartment in Barranco. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the thoughtful design, modern amenities, and incredible attention to detail. The space is impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Barranco’s best cafés, restaurants, and galleries yet so incredibly quiet. The bedrooms are spacious with ultra-comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a great meal. Juan Carlos was always responsive and the building staff were so friendly and kind. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Barranco, this is it. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I’ll definitely be back.

El departamento es precioso, la vista desde el balcón es maravillosa y ni que decir de la atención en general del edificio, la piscina deliciosa.

Ana’s place was exactly as described in the listing, small, modern, spotlessly clean, and remarkably peaceful for being right in the middle of bustling Barranco. The apartment faces an interior courtyard, so there’s absolutely no street noise. The apartment building has very modern amenities and a helpful door staff. Any small requests we had during our stay we addressed within hours, if not minutes - Ana & Andrea our friendly and helpful hosts, and we highly recommend considering this place for a stay in Barranco.

We initially booked a different Airbnb that was disappointing, and we’re so glad we found Monica’s place. The AC units in both the living room and bedroom kept us comfortable, and the strong Wi-Fi made remote work easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, the deck was great for relaxing, and Monica was very responsive. We appreciated the quality towels (two sets each!) and the washer and dryer with provided detergent. Monica has truly thought of everything. If we return to Lima, we’ll absolutely stay here again — our only regret was not booking it for our entire two-week stay.

Carlos is an excellent host providing great suggestions and lightning fast communication The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped with amazing views, and a great location I would definitely stay here again and recommend both Carlos and his apartment 100%

We were delighted with this beautiful apartment with an amazing ocean view. Great location and hosts are very attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the entire apartment is equipped with all you may need during your stay, laundry room inside the house was very convenient. Safe building and the security staff was super friendly and helpful. Quiet area with a lot of restaurants and ammenities nearby. I am so happy, it was more than expected and I will definetely come back here again on my next trip to Lima, Peru. 100% Recommended. Thank you Gianfranco & Isabel.

La estadía en el lugar fue adecuada para las actividades que queríamos realizar cerca a la costa verde, el anfitrión muy amable nos dió información adicional respecto a lugares, nos gusto estar en el lugar.

The problem is that they charged me 20% more. And this is the second time working with iStay, losses of more than $300. This is a large amount and no one bears any responsibility. I live in Peru, the national currency here is sol, the amount on Airbnb is indicated in soles, but is charged in dollars (this is not indicated anywhere!!!). The internal exchange rate of the bank is huge and no one wants to bear responsibility. Be careful! But the apartment is good, so I do not give 1.

Excelente ubicación, con acceso a transporte, varios locales de comida, mercados, supermercados, lugares de interés, etc. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente y fue muy flexible en cuanto al check in y check out. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, además de varias amenidades extras.
