Huatulco, Santa Cruz Beach Condo

Our family stayed at Jesse’s condo for just over a week. We highly recommend staying at this property. We have stayed at numerous rentals in Mexico and this condo was the most well stocked/equipped one we have seen. The kitchen has everything you would need to properly cook full meals. It was so nice to have access to things like cooking oil, spices, aluminum foil, etc. There was an array of pots and pans, tons of cutlery and varying sizes of glasses/wine glasses, you name it. Having access to a washer and dryer was fantastic and it was so appreciated to be provided with laundry soap and other cleaning supplies. The condo was spotless upon arrival and you can tell the place is very well maintained by the owners. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by Jesse. His communication was great and he was helpful and answered questions when needed. The condo neighborhood is quiet at night and the area is very walkable to nearby Santa Cruz shops/cafes/beach.

Gorgeous Beach House with incredible oceanview

Ewen is a great host! Always responsive and provided answers to all the questions we asked. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. The location of this beautiful villa is quiet and peaceful. The only sounds you hear are the ocean waves and the birds during the day and the crickets at night. A true getaway from the noise of the city! If you’re looking to party and/or walk into town this is not the place for you. It is a difficult/bumpy road into the property but Ewen’s clear instructions made it easy to find. May I suggest you rent an SUV or similar because you’ll def. be off-roading. That’s the only negative of this paradisiacal place but it’s also a positive because you don’t ever get bothered by traffic noises! The pool is amazing (pool toys included!) and the air-conditioning in the home was an appreciated luxury. The views are breathtaking from almost every room, the kitchen has everything necessary, and I cannot wait to return! Highly recommended.

Great stay! Location is perfect and walkable to many beaches. Host was attentive to messages and even reimbursed us for the broken beach 🏖️ chair so we could enjoy them. Everything is there for the beach. Will definitely be back.

Good location, great restaurants close by. Fulvio very responsive to any questions or concerns. Can be noisy on weekends. Pool available at local restaurant Raffiella, if you purchase food or drinks. Walkable to LaCrucecita.

"I had a fantastic stay at Rolando’s place! The condo was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants. Rolando was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great tips for things to do in the area. The check-in process was seamless, and the attention to detail made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

This is THE PLACE to stay in Huatulco. The property is stunning inside and out, meticulously maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It is definitely a well-loved home. From the breathtaking views to the private rooftop pool and the serene tranquility, we had our best stay ever here. The location is excellent—easy to walk around and convenient to catch a taxi right outside the condo gate. Huatulco has become one of our favorite destinations, and this space played a big part in that. Jamais is exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. She even reached out to check in on us. We're so grateful for the wonderful vacation we had and are already planning to return!

The place is awesome, it even looks like a hotel. The amenities are just as described. The place is located at the heart of Huatulco close to the most incredible beaches, we rented a car so it was easy access to everything. Loved it, would definitely come back.
