I recently stayed at Alan's Place, and it was exactly as described—cozy and relaxing. It's just a short walk to the local beach, making it an ideal spot for those who love the ocean. The front area offers a beautiful place to sit in the morning, where you can watch lovely birds in a peaceful environment with a serene beach view. The kitchen had all the basic amenities we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. As an IT professional, I can vouch for the excellent internet quality—I didn't experience any drops or latency issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend Alan's Place.

Great location, spotlessly clean, furniture and appliances well maintained, a little bit expensive but you got what you pay.

Kate & Mark’s place is great. Very comfortable and clean with all you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is very well kitted out with all mod cons, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The guitar was a lovely touch and much enjoyed as were the surfboards. Great view of the ocean from the front balcony. Lots to see and do within walking distance. You feel at the heart of the town yet in a calm and welcoming sanctuary. Kate & Mark were really responsive and helpful.

Beautiful cottage in a great spot with amazing views. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit Apollo bay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was the same experience as the first time . It isn’t a fancy over done pretty over the top cottage where you can’t relax, it is a really neat and tidy rustic little place, lots of room for the dog to play and everything you need for a stay. Nothing is fancy but all the things you need are there and are just right. The lack of signs saying “don’t do” is such a relief. We really like staying at this little place, it is great and very relaxing.

this was a beautiful spot to stay before we went and saw the 12 Apostles! Tiff was a wonderful host and we enjoyed the beautiful views at sunset from the lodge.
