Wake up to tranquility and fresh air at this sublime retreat. The flat features subtle touches of colour, an open-plan living area on the ground floor , tasteful furnishings and decor, and room-length sliding bi-fold doors that open up onto the outdoor dining terrace.With comfortable beds and ample room for 6 adults (even in the bunk beds).You have the luxury of two ensuites and a beautifully appointed third bathroom . Anytime of the year is wonderful here. Enjoy coastal walks,cosy pubs,long sandy beaches and scrumptious food . 52 was fully renovated recently so everything is sparkly and new and finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and lovely artwork. We have lovely views of Capstone Hill and plenty of outside dining space.The master bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors .The master bedroom and twin have beautiful ensuites a family bathroom is located next door to the bunk room. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings,lovely art work and everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea. Parking close by with permit included for 7 night stays. Well behaved dogs will be considered by request at £15 extra. You have access to the whole apartment.1 other apartment shares the main entrance. I am always available by text or phone and live nearby . You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

A lovely holiday bungalow, close to the beach, but at the same time on a peaceful, relaxing street. The bungalow was very clean, with lots of natural light, and was well stocked with all the kitchenware you need for self-catering. The garden is well kept and a great place to sit out and relax in. Jane is an excellent host, she provided very clear instructions and kept good communication. Highly recommended all round for an enjoyable and relaxing break by the sea.

Steve was an absolutely wonderful host—so pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His apartment is a true gem—full of charm and comfort, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning view was pure bliss. Rebecca is a wonderful host, we struggled to find it as the postcode doesn't take you exactly there. I rang Rebecca and she directed us straight there, so helpful and so friendly. The cottage was so clean and welcoming. We took our pug and our cat and both enjoyed themselves. The log burner was a treat and the bedroom upstairs really nice. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would return.

Such a brilliant apartment, I highly recommend! Chantal was brilliant at communicating with us all the way through our stay. She seamlessly sorted out our parking permits so we didn’t have to worry from the minute we arrived. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. There were 6 of us staying in the apartment and it was a dream - comfortable, loads of space for us all to sleep, cook, have sit down meals and just chill on the sofa. We’ve been coming to Croyde as a family for almost 20 years and this is definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Thank you Chantal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s property. The property was lovely and well equipped and the garden was one of the best we’ve had, well enclosed (perfect for a nosey dog!) with good facilities. It is a remote location but it was perfect for us. It was not even a 5 minute drive to Tamar Lakes which was a lovely 3 mile walk and the cafe was lovely for food as well. We also took a 20 minute drive into Bude. So albeit remote, it was a short drive to lots of areas. Thank you for your hospitality Ashley.
