House was cute. My girls loved the room upstairs with the swings. My 2 year old loved the play kitchen. Convenient location for downtown. We were there for the Fort Smith marathon, and it was perfect for where the start of the race was.

beautiful home very country like with games for the kids. wifi for tablets and phones. the pond was cool, my grandson caught his first fish ever! The pond is relaxing and fun. it is a cool pond for catch and release. Our host is by far one of the best!

This place was such a quaint and cozy find! It had everything we needed and felt fully equipped for a comfortable stay. DD was incredibly accommodating—I reached out before arrival to ask if there was an umbrella due to the weather forecast, and she made sure one was available. She also responded immediately when I had trouble figuring out the shower, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, there was a sweet personal note along with some snacks—and she had even acknowledged the purpose of my stay in the note, which made it all feel that much more special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. A funny surprise (and maybe a little TMI)—the toilet is a bidet, which I’d never used before. Just a heads-up: don’t stand in front of it if you’re not familiar with how it works! Although the rainy weather kept us from using the hot tub, it was awesome knowing it was there. And a small but magical moment—I spotted a mama and baby cardinal, something I’d never seen in person before.

It’s beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque. During my stay the WiFi was down. I do recommend being cautious when reaching the top step of the loft. My mother and I both hit our heads on the beam at the top of the stairs a few times. I am 5’9 and my mom is 6’2. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed at a lot of places and this far exceeded our expectations. They have thought of everything to feel at home, away from home. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in FSM. Big thing for us is cleanliness and comfy beds, we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The Emerald Cottage: Restful Retreat, Mountain Gem

The Emerald Cottage was just fabulous! With all of the fun lofts and the lower couches that converted to beds, our family was most comfortable; the kids and adults loved it! The hosts were very responsive even providing a pack and play for our infant in the group. The dining area was spacious enough and we all enjoyed the games that were provided, the movies and projector, and all the goodies displayed on the enclosed shelves (especially the bat in epoxy!). The kitchen was super-stocked and we enjoyed breakfast on our hosts - amazing and so gracious of them! The bathroom with double vanity (a necessity), two private toilets, and roomy shower was so well thought out. All of the decor was outstanding and so fun. And then there's the outdoor area - WOW! We enjoyed smores around the fire, played the yard size Connect 4, and just enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. We just stayed overnight, but the welcome book has so many close by area attractions you could stay busy for days.

A well-appointed bathroom features a marble countertop with dual sinks and modern fixtures. A soaking tub is located next to a glass-block window, while plush towels are neatly hung nearby. Soft lighting is provided by a mirror with an integrated light, creating a serene ambiance.

Southern Comfort Downtown Ft Smith!

We arrived after driving all day, the porch light and interior lights were on, welcoming us to a very nice clean space. Cathy was very helpful and responsive with the few questions we had. It is a duplex side by side but please don’t let that fool you, it is a very quiet and peaceful unit! We could not hear our neighbors, but the bonus of that was were were able make good friends with our neighbors in the next door unit!! If I come back to Fort Smith next year, I will be staying at Cathy’s place again for sure!!

This home was close to restaurants and stores, but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The home was well-stocked with comfort amenities. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. They stayed in contact throughout our stay as needed. We will be staying in this home again the next time we visit.

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

Welcoming Cottage - Near Airport / Mercy Hospital

As most of the other reviewers have stated, I can’t say enough good things about this rental and Travis as a host. He was extremely responsive and even honored a few of my special requests. I worked at the hospital for the week and enjoyed being so close by. I cooked all of my own meals in the kitchen and it basically had everything I needed. It is in a very quiet neighborhood which felt very safe both of which I appreciated. I will be staying again in the future and definitely recommend this place to others.

A little “Eden” in Arkansas Wow! I don’t know where to begin, but let me list the wonderfullness 1. Top notch amenities- appliances, furnishings, towels and beds 2. KC- He will hang the moon for you (ask and your wish is granted) 3. The surroundings- the pond, the farm animals, the view 4. The location- close to everything in Fort Smith, but out in the country with great roads This Airbnb is in my Top 5 and I’ve stayed in over 50 of them.

We needed a place to bunk for the night and Philip was quick to respond and happy to accommodate. I loved their quaint little cottage! More than enough room for her and I, and it felt safe, homey, and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend them!

Wow! I don’t have words for how beautiful this home is. Super clean, well organized, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so much more. When we first got there I was mesmerized by how beautiful they have kept the house. 10000/10 experience. Not to mention how helpful and friendly the host is! Sydney was amazing with us. She gave good recommendations, responded quickly when I had a question. Overall amazing host. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Kayla & Josh were the best hosts! They allowed us to enjoy the amenities of their home as of it were our very own, made us feel very welcome. They responded to our needs promptly!!! Their place was pristinely clean & beautifully decorated!!! It was between all areas we wanted to visit- Alma, Ozark, & Mulberry!!! Their rules & instructions were very clear!!! This is our second time staying here and it is definitely one of our favorite places ever. It's easy to access, great location, private, and spotless clean. The little things included are so much appreciated as we travel for work and don't always want to stay in a hotel. The little note and snack basket was the best, the bed is so comfy, and we really enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after a long week of working. Having a washer and dryer available as well as supplies helps out so much. We absolutely will be back when in the area again and hopefully for more than just a night so we can enjoy the cabin even more. Thank you so much for a perfect peaceful stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

This cabin was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful setting and the beautiful pond right in the backyard. Waking up to the sounds of nature and having our morning coffee overlooking the water was such a treat.

JC was such a hospitable and kind host. She worked so hard to make sure we felt st home and it showed. Her Airbnb is absolutely incredible, one of the nicest we have stayed in and it was located in a great peaceful neighborhood. She has impeccable design taste and we felt so at ease and cozy there. High quality appliances and very luxurious beds that made our stay even better. Wish we couldve stayed longer, but we so appreciated having JC's place as a launch pad and place to unwind. Do not hesitate to book her place!

Bobby is the most sweetest the lady you ever meet. The artist studio, it's truly breathtaking with beautiful art. We'll be there for hours looking at it all. At each time still be memorized by different things, you see highly recommend. best place for healing and tranquility with beautiful surroundings and mountain views. you will truly love it here i give this place a 20 star if they let me. we can't wait to go back.

Nice quiet place. Plenty of room throughout the house. Close to our intended vebue for the weekend without haveing to be in the city. I would definately reccomend to anyone wanting to visit the Spiro/Pocola area.

I work remote and travel. This is one of the best places I've stayed in Fort Smith. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable and cute. It's safe, quiet, beautiful, and right in the middle of everything that you need.
