Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Bari Sardo

There were three of us on site. 2 nights our son was still visiting. The apartment is on the 4 or 5 floor of a typical Italian old building. It is in tip top shape and very spacious. You can relax there with 5 people. I would request there again on my next visit to Sardinia. The place Lanusei itself is not very touristy, which in my eyes is a positive aspect. To see the beach and tourists, you have to take about a 30-minute drive (No big problem). Italian food (and also Sardinian specialties) is of course available in the village…..

Cristoforo's house is very clean, in a great location (very close to the beach and the center of the village). The apartment is small, but with ample space outside. Cristoforo and his family live right above and were very kind and full of tips. They also lent us the umbrella we didn't have. Last important thing for those in the car: parking is free and very close on the street!

Great and quite place. Ideally for two people. Federico was really helpful with all the questions we had.

The appartment is spacious and clean. It has 2 bedrooms and a modern well equiped bathroom. The living area is a bit small, but who needs this when you have a magnificent roof terrace with a splendid view. The appartment is located in the center of Baunei close to a supermarket and some bars. The place is very quiet. Gianpriamo is a very good host who reacts immediately to any question you might have. Certainly a place to recommend!

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

Very nice house, clean and equipped, overlooking the green with a beautiful terrace on which to eat or rest. For lovers of silence and peace. i definitely recommend spending the holidays here, an unbeatable value for money. The owners are really exquisite people, which we thank again . Lotzorai is a quiet village, but nothing is missing, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in minutes.

Host courteous, accurate, available. The house is even better than it appeared in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean, super view, fantastic terrace, warm outdoor showers before going up to the house. Beautiful and uncrowded beach. Everything is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet location, as in our case ( 2 families with children). It is not suitable for people looking for evening fun, village for walks or shops (only two minutes market) . For what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

Really cool apartment, we had loads of fun here. The pool table and sauna is a really nice touch especially as there isn’t much to do in the area late evening. The view from the balcony is amazing and on a clear night you can really see stars. We were passing through the area and it was a perfect place for us to spend the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Loved the vibe of the place and the view we woke up and fell asleep to. Antonio is super helpful and responds instantly. We had an amazing time, thank you!

Eduardo is warm and welcoming, sympathetic but discrete. And the responsiveness is quick. The surroundings are stunning, the pool is refreshing and the house is beautiful with creative touches. Don't expect luxury, it's back to basic: no airco, no wi-fi and saving on water. But that all fits in the experience in this little paradise.

Particularly noteworthy is the good location of the apartment: at least ten beautiful beaches are very close. The nearest beach, Foddini, is even within walking distance. So you already need a car, but you don't sit in it for long! Cardedu itself is a pretty uninteresting little town, but there is everything you need. For larger purchases, Bari Sardo is not far away. The apartment is small but functional. Unfortunately, only one very tiny balcony where you could hardly sit for two. I would have liked to have had a seating area in the garden. But that was also the only drawback. The air conditioning worked flawlessly - important in the hot summer. During our stay, there was always a problem with the water, which was always solved on the spot. We felt really comfortable overall and would be happy to come back!

Overall we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

Ca welcomed us with kindness, discreet but always present if necessary. Her home is tidy, functional, and super clean. Comfortable beds , one bathroom per room. Surrounded by greenery with pleasant outdoor spaces enhanced by the pool 5 minutes from the village.

Beautiful stay in Baunei for a long weekend to climb in beautiful Sardinia. The house is beautiful, in the center of Baunei and with convenient private parking (very useful given the narrow streets of the village!) Rosanna is very kind and always responsive, we will definitely contact you again when we return!

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful companion, the house is very pretty with a beautiful little garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wooden furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast on a boat tour from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese a 30min drive from the accommodation.

Unfortunately, a short stay is a house that for the comfort and accessories is worth living even for long vacations . I have never found a cleaner and more comfortable house in all my trips , very comfortable even for families ( the children's bedroom that we did not use as it is only two of us are beautiful ) scent of clean everywhere , very comfortable bed with choice of pillows , impeccable bathroom with even the hair straightener. Fresh drinks available in the fridge for arrival , very welcome . Plenty of very useful informative tourist brochures, very nice disney DVDs for children ( but also for adults😅) . Mrs. Rosalba of a unique kindness and availability, we 💜 hope to return to you to visit this wonderful area again with every comfort offered by the house 💜

We were warmly welcomed. There was still a bottle of wine for reception. The apartment was clean and cool although it was very hot. On the balcony you could enjoy the view. In the apartment you have found everything you need. The location is central. We can only recommend the apartment. If we come back to the region, we will ask again.

Beautiful and highly recommended place to stay. The place is well located and it is easy to get around on foot for any need. The listing has everything you need for your stay. Francesca was really kind and super helpful to us, I could have also given six stars. Highly recommended accommodation, we will try to return as soon as possible.

Accommodation exactly as in the photos, clean and tidy with an independent courtyard that also acts as an entrance, the house is a very nice independent villa surrounded by decorative greenery with large areas available for the various accommodations. Roberto is a very polite and helpful person for any need by also providing us with all the instructions for primary services in the area. In front of the villa there is a dirt road that leads directly to the beach with a beautiful avant-garde bar, not far from the bar there is one of the most beautiful dog beach among the most beautiful in Italy, the sand is made of gravel very easy to remove and does not get up even with the strongest wind, the water is clear perfect for snorkeling thanks to the scuba view that reaches several tens of meters while always remaining clear and defined. There is also a pine forest on the beach for picknick or shade search, Pine forest parking for 5 euros per day or free over the street

We had a great time at Marcello's. The apartment is as described, very comfortable and in a strategic location. We'll definitely be back.

We are four adults and stayed from August 5 to 15 ,2023. The apartment, on the second floor, spacious and well furnished, is located on the hill with a garden and a vineyard around. The view is great. The ventilation of the apartment is perfect, so that we never needed to turn on the air conditioners. The owners have always been very kind and welcoming. There are 5 or 6 beaches nearby, made of sand and rock within a few minute drive. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.
