Casanelli... a peaceful oasis in the countryside

As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

Isabelle's apartment was nicer than we expected by looking at the photos on Airbnb! Immersed in the countryside, the place is large with a wood-burning stove in the very cozy living room. Casa Betania is a charming two-story farmhouse, a stone's throw from Recanati, nestled in the Marche hills. In addition to being able to enjoy the nice apartment on the ground floor, there are ample green outdoor spaces equipped with comfortable wooden tables where you can eat and hammocks to relax. The owners of this beautiful estate are Glauco and his fantastic family. Very helpful and friendly people who were able to make us feel at home. 3 gems we didn't expect and pleasantly surprised us: - a very nice above ground pool that in summer is always welcome; - a game room cabin inside the house that reminded us of beautiful childhood memories; - two chickens who gave us tasty fresh eggs. In short, fully satisfied!!!

We had an incredible stay at David and Chrissie’s charming self-catering cottage in Umbria. The location was perfect—nestled in the stunning countryside, yet conveniently close to local attractions. The cottage itself was spacious, comfortable, and filled with character, making it a fantastic base for exploring the region. David and Chrissie were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful with recommendations. ( my husband, who’s an engineer, especially loved the very detailed binder of information about the property and surrounding area that Chrissie sent prior to checkin). A special highlight was the food and the wine we had at the winery below (only five minutes away)—it was some of the best we had during our time in Italy! We only wish we’d had time for one of their cooking classes or a truffle hunt, as this stay was the highlight of our trip to Umbria. We can’t wait to return!
