We had a lovely time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the existing kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the house's own sea access. The hosts were accommodating and helpful... gladly again.

Villa Viko is a beautiful house for a vacation for a big family in Montenegro. That was our fourth vacation in this country, and this house was the best considering our bookings there. The villa has a good location if you have a car. There is one 5 min drive to Maljevik beach, 5 min to Sutomore downtown, and 11 min to Zapa beach. The house is in good condition. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner's care feels everywhere. Here is a rare case when reality matches the pictures. All equipment (AC, dishwasher, washer, coffee machine) is in working condition. There were all must-haves per my own checklist: - parking space, - AC in every room, - large dining table for a big family, - crib and highchair, - dishwasher and washing machine, - night blinds in bedrooms, - outside lounge for morning coffee. We are very thankful to Tatiana and Vadim for their hosting, care, and kindness. During our vacation, our car broke and one of my kids got sick, Tatiana and Vadim were always ready to help. With Tatiana and Vadim, you are not going to be left alone with your problems in another country. Tatiana and Vadim thank you a lot! We had a great time at your house!

We had a fabulous time at Milo’s. Highly recommend to get great local homemade food, great service, beautiful scenery, and cozy accommodations!

Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

From the moment we booked our house, Milos was extremely interested and helpful in everything. He responded very quickly to all our questions about the car rental, our transfer from the airport, our entrance to the house, when we entered. I would like to point out that we were very satisfied with him. As for the house, we only traveled 5 big and 2 children, this place was very suitable for us since we wanted a protected house due to the children. On the other hand, we wanted a big and comfortable place to ourselves. The terrace and the view of the house were incredibly beautiful. You can reach the city in just 5 minutes by car. The location of the house is very good, both close to the center and away from the crowds. The terrace and the view of the house are incredibly beautiful. We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Wonderful place especially for a large group. We had a group size of 14 people and everybody fit in very comfortably. Lots of beds and restrooms with two full living room areas. Pool was amazing. The place was very clean, but we did have to deal with ants the entire time. I’m not sure if that was left over from the previous guests or just an issue with the area, but with a very clean kitchen ants were constantly finding our food.

Everything about Anna’s place is amazing: well maintained house, great floor plan, beautiful view, very close to the beach, all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was great for cooking for the family, beds were comfortable, swimming pool is great to refresh on a hot day. Perfect place to stay for families out large groups. Anna is an experienced host with good communication. Anna’s mom and her partner very very helpful to resolve issues and provided local recommendations.

Really lovely place in very quiet surroundings, lovely pool area, beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Milijana was a very welcoming host who met us at the house with all kinds of refreshments, and was very helpful. Only negative was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with the family on Airbnb would definitely recommend the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.
