I spent a weekend with my family, Okcaha was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and tidy, nothing to say, it is also in a good location near the sea, in the surroundings and well managed with a restaurant and supermarket. I would recommend it.

Amazing host and his family - Kenter's apartment owners! We were treated with great love and hospitality throughout our stay! Waiting surpassed the picture of our large and clean room with a view loggia! Every day they changed linens when they asked to wash their belongings, a wonderful woman who cleaned the room,with a charming smile made it smooth and expertly! The location of the apartment is very convenient - within walking distance to shops,restaurants and wonderful beaches ! We will definitely return here! I recommend this location on a 10-point scale on a 10-point scale!!!

A lovely, clean and convenient apartment located in the resort village of Przno, in the community of Budva. The neighborhood is quiet, in the hot summer days there is still cool at night, there are no crowds of tourists and noisy places. At different distance from the apartment there are 3 municipal beaches, where you can both rent umbrellas and sunbeds, and sit with your own umbrella and bedding. The nearest beach is only 4 minutes walk. It consists of 2 parts: one part is adjacent to the hotel beach and has a rather pleasant entrance to the sea, the second part is more picturesque, but the entrance to the sea there is quite difficult because of the large, slippery, and often sharp stones. This beach is quite quickly filled with vacationers, so it is comfortable to be on it until 10 am or after 20 pm. Within a 15 minutes of walking distance there is a large Kamenovo beach. Within a 20 minute walk through the beautiful Royal Park there is a very nice beach - Sveti Stefan. There are 3 small shops near the apartment. Big shops, with a lot of assortment and lower prices, are in Rafailovichi, Becici, Budva. You can walk there, along the sea, go down to Kamenovo beach or take the bus. There is a bus stop within 3 minutes of walking distance from the house. The hostess was always available. We highly recommend this apartment for a vacation in Montenegro.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly host that gave us local recommendations, was flexible with check-in and arranged transport to and from the airport.

Like everyone who writes Oksana is a great host, he's always there for any questions. The apartment was clean and the same as the pictures, close to the beach and shops. +Across the street is directly a restaurant where there is a different daily menu every day (soup, main course, salad, and casa pizza's yr for €9.5). The beach restaurants/cafes where there are also plenty of fast food (pizza, gyros, palanic, burger, etc for 2-4€) are not far away. As well as an idea shop and various bakeries are close to the apartment. - For those who plan to cook often, there may be no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. +In the apartment there are basic cooking utensils, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine, a clothesline for drying the laundry(which should possibly be replaced-the pair of wires are discouraged). -What it doesn't have a scratch/detergent to wash your laundry, but it's easy to get. But nothing works on Sundays, so on time to shop. For those who come with small children and strollers - you know there are about a dozen steps before the elevator. +You get the internet you can carry with you, the battery holds for 4 hours.

Our Airbnb stay was truly wonderful! The place was incredibly clean and had a warm and welcoming feel. Everything we needed was provided and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly helpful and gave us great local tips and suggestions. They were so kind and even left us a fridge full of delicious treats from their garden and the region. They also made sure we were comfortable by providing mosquito repellents. What really made our stay special was their genuine kindness – they made us feel like dear friends. We had an amazing time here, all thanks to their exceptional hospitality and care. We're already looking forward to coming back!

A great place to stay in the Bay of Kotor! Dzenata's apartment is very spacious, decorated with care and with all comforts (especially air conditioning) for a family of five and even more. In addition to the two bedrooms, you can easily sleep four in the large living room which is about 100m2. A pleasant and calm space. Dzenata's parents welcomed us on site in a very warm way. They are charming and open people who practice several languages. We were able to connect with them in Italian that they are fluent. They gave us all the useful information about the surroundings: beaches, shops and places to visit. We enjoyed the beach a lot 5 minutes walking from the house. A stay in Montenegro (easily accessible from Dubrovnik Airport) which we will keep the best memory of. We highly recommend Colors seaside apartment and Dzenata's family, always available to meet all our needs.

Great place, great host! if you are looking for a small haven of peace a stone's throw from the skadar lake, with a welcoming and friendly host: go to Mladen's place! it's a pleasure to enjoy the pool and garden, beautiful. Mladen is very attentive: he offered us (delicious) vegetables from his garden, took us by boat to discover the lake of Skadar, to taste the wine he produces. Mladen and her mom were also adorable when our 3-year-old daughter was sick (thank you for the soup and meat!). in short: don't hesitate, come!

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

Victor first came to the bus station to pick us up, then he adviced us to go shopping and took us to the store, he then drove us home and showed us our suite. It was very clean and cosy. We especially enjoyed the pool and the fireplace. We could go swimming anytime of the day and the pool was very clean and well maintained whilst we were there. The pool area also had lounge chairs and there were some pool toys. The garden around the pool was also very beautiful with lots of fruit bearing trees/plants. He also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his vineyard. He had to communicate with a translator but, it was still very easy to communicate with him and trust what he said. We would definitely love to stay here again when next we’re in Montenegro.

Wonderful stay, close to Tivat. Extremely quiet and away from the action but close enough to walk. The apartment is spacious and Pelin was always responsive as a host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 8 friends, and stayed at Vila Plitka for 5 days. Fantastic villa, with really beautiful views across the Bay of Kotor. The villa is located right on the beachfront, with direct access into the sea. We swam every day! There is a large, private outside space, along with the jetty out into the bay. Maya and Droko were great with communication prior to our arrival, and made themselves available during the trip (which we didn't need). They left a lovely welcome gift of some food and drinks. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets were supplied, which we were grateful for. All the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. There are bathrooms on every floor. There was some damp in one of the bedrooms. The sauna is a nice addition, but warms up quite slowly and does not get that hot.

Good location. Clear room with all necessary inside. Two shops not far. 3 min to the sea and one of the best beaches in the Tivat. We were with a small child, and the owner made everything to make our accommodation thee comfortable. I can fully recommend this apartments to Tivat visitors.

Hotel staff were very helpful and generous.
