Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Banjole

As always in Croatia, we had a great vacation which began with the fact that after a short consultation with Dolores about the cleaner we could check in almost 2 hours earlier. The cleaner spoke German and English and also the communication with Dolores went perfectly. We received tips from Dolores where something is taking place and also in general Dolores was always there for us. The house is well equipped and if something is used up, a replacement will be provided immediately. Toilet paper, soap, towels, detergent etc.... all available. Nearby much within walking distance such as restaurants and grocery store. Great beaches and coves can be reached within 15 minutes by car. A small minus point. To get to the parking spaces, you have to cross over the curb where although small plastic ramps are located, they do not prevent the vehicle from being placed in all places. We would come back. a very cute and well equipped apartment that had everything that was described in the Inserat. We even felt like there was more than we could ever use for our stay (in a good way). there was a whole cupboard full of New Bad Sheets, pillows, cleaning devises and much more. also there were towels for the beach, Matts and umbrellas that were free for us to use. everything smelled nice and was Clean. we felt very comfortable. Tamara also inmediately replied when we needed her Help.

We had a wonderful stay at Bojan's place. The apartment is large, tastefully decorated and there was nothing missing. The large terrace is also very pleasant, from there you would have a nice wide view. The temperatures were also pleasant at the end of October (between 18-21 degrees during the day, not under 15 at night) that you could still use them well. The highlight, especially for the children, was of course the heated pool. The temperatures in the nearby sea, about 15 minutes walking distance, were also such that you could still swim in it. Most restaurants in the resort on Pula beach were already closed for the season. The city itself and the center were pleasantly empty. Recommended is the restaurant "Jupiter" near the arena. Thanks Bojan for the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great spot. The house is modern and clean, the terrace with the bbq and big table is perfect for a big group. Location is very good, close to the sea. We were 5 friends and were comfortable.

The perfect place for a vacation in Pula. Practically a minute away from the old town and downtown. The Arch is 5 minutes away, similar to the Castle. The arena is an 8-minute walk away. Djuna is very helpful, always willing to answer questions. The apartment is as described and photographed. Equipped with everything you need, like a microwave, a washer, a dryer, and even an electric grill. We found sweet treats and a supply of coffee and tea. Only to the beach is far, but there are buses. I don't have to worry about anything, everything was in order. Thanks, and we'll probably use it again.

You’re right in the heart of old town Rovinj with so much to see and do. Zoki’s place is perfect for 2 couples. She was always ready with tips and advice and made sure our visit was top notch. Will definitely stay with her next time our travels bring us to the area!

Everything was perfect! Our family holiday was wonderful in this apartman. My kids loved the pool and the garden. The beach was close to the house. Nada’s family was really kind Thank you everthing for your family!!! We will recommend your place to our family members and friends! :)

We had a great family holiday at the villa! The communication with our contacts Jelena in the In advance and Edi during our stay was super nice and straightforward! The sea view and tranquility there were unbeatable. The pool was a dream come true! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. It was a completely successful holiday there!

We stayed in Porec as a family (2 adults, 3 kids (1,3,12)) in August for a week. Davor's place offered a covered parking space right by the house, perfect. After a friendly welcome, we have furnished in the two air-conditioned rooms. The kitchen in the adjacent dining room provided everything we need for our stay. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, only the warm water didn't always want like us. 😜 Everything is nearby on foot, bakery, shopping, everything is there. Otherwise 5 minutes by car, great shopping offer. Also SB laundry, Car Wash, all can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. For electric car owners, I recommend the Lidl parking space for loading! The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot, the apartment offers a great location. We had a great time, despite the street location the traffic was never disturbing or not heard. The nights quiet, during the day the air conditioning was great. We are more than happy to recommend Davor's apartment! ❤️

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The location was perfect – quiet and idyllic, yet close enough to all the major attractions. The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool was a real highlight, especially on the hot days. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. The host was friendly and available for questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, which we are happy to recommend!

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Pula, easily walkable to all the main sights. All of the decor is very modern and bright, and bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Check in was very easy as we were met by the host and she explained everything for us. As noted the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator, so getting our bags up was a struggle, but it's only once and was well worth the effort The balcony is a nice size and can easily seat four people, and also racks to dry clothes. If you are driving there is a dedicated parking spot behind the apartment block, and Lidl is a three min drive to buy your food. The apartment was also incredibly cheap. Would highly recommend !!

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! A very nice apartment with everything you need. Lots of space with two bathrooms. Beautiful pool to cool off. Quiet area. Bakery and shopping nearby. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

Lovely apartment with a great location and friendly, responsive, and very accommodating hosts. The back patio/terrace was an especially relaxing spot. The AC was great.

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Excellent from check-in to checkout. Everything went the way you could wish for. Our expectations have been exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that didn't exist and everything was sparkling clean. Parking space on the premises or with free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating area for breakfast or relaxing. We were immediately helped with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you don't even need 10 minutes for the shortest path with a speedy gait. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank everyone who contributed to it.
