Vacation rentals with beach access in Banjar

I arrived at night and couldn't see the entrance, but it was actually really easy to find. The host was always very communicative and helpful. I stayed for 7 days, and the staff I visited in the middle provided more cleaning and towels. There is no air conditioner in the large living area, but it was okay to have air conditioning in the room. It takes a little while to cool down, but it may have felt more like that because it was crowing and so hot right now. It is not far from the beach and Bintang supermarket is also a 15-minute walk away. Convenience facilities such as cafes and laundromats are 5 minutes away, and convenience stores are also 20 seconds away. It was a really satisfying place to stay, and thank you again for being a kind host.

My stay at Sofia’s place was perfect. The staff was very helpful & would clean the apartment daily. The location was very convenient & near many restaurants & the beach. I highly recommend her place if you want to be near all the action in between Seminyak & Kuta & want a nice private stay!

Amazing view, great help from the Driver Ketut - who was there as a guide and assistance from the moment he picked us up to the time we were dropped off at the airport. Julia was very easy to communicate with. Definitely will come again !

Beautiful and clean place, exactly like the photos. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms with hot water showers. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered to clean everyday. Walkable to nearby cafes as well. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

The apartment is in an excellent location. Two hundred meters walk from Jl Werkudara and Jl Padma Utara. There is a huge selection of shopping, restaurants and sports bars to chose from in both locations. In the other direction you will find the beach. It's also a 5 minute walk to the main road in the other direction. Despite the convenient location, the apartment was quiet at night. No noise from the bars and clubs, which is a rarity for the neighbourhood. Within the laneway there is excellent local food at Warung Mimpi and Komang's corner sells cheaper drinks than the mini mart. There is also a cheap laundry a few doors down. The WiFi was good enough for zoom calls most of the time. I did have to hot spot to my phone at times though. Highly recommended.

I travel quite a bit, but have only stayed in a handful of AirBnb's because I generally prefer a hotel experience. This was the best of both worlds! The room was beautiful with a really nice view of the beach. There are two patios, and either is perfect for relaxing with a book, dining, or watching the sunset. There is a small cooking area, but cooking isn't really necessary because the hotel restaurant offers many delicious food options with room service, if you like. There are also many, restaurants within walking distance, and Grab food delivery is always an option as well. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, and housekeeping cleans the room daily, including washing any dirty dishes you may have in the sink. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider placing a microwave in the kitchen area. I brought back some leftovers one night and had to reheat them on the small twin burner stove, which was not very fast or convenient. Highly recommend!

What s great villa with perfect location. Its in the center of Bali’s nightlife, with amazing staff who were very helpful and hospitable!

We had a really good time - everything was as expected.

The villa looked exactly like the pictures! It has parking space for a car, although it might be a bit challenging to park due to the narrow alley. However, it's within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Additionally, it's close to a night market where you can buy local foods.

Ayu''s place was absolutely fantastic! My stay from November 28th to December 1st was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The property itself is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, exceeding expectations for a resort-style Airbnb. Everything was in perfect working order, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The comfortable bed and luxurious linens made for a perfect night's sleep. Ayu was a wonderful host, providing clear and concise communication throughout the booking process and during my stay. She was readily available to answer any questions I had, Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend Ayu''s Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and resort-like getaway.

This was the most wonderful Christmas break. A beautiful home. Housekeeper Komang cooked breakfast daily as well as keeping the place clean and cooking evening meals. She is a kind and caring woman who genuinely looked after us. We had a fishing trip with her husband which was fabulous. My son caught a big fish and then Komang cooked it later. The team are wonderful. The pool was gorgeous with a stunning view out to see. It's the rainy season and so we enjoyed a mixture of storm ( very exciting to watch) and lovely sunshine and heat. It is a long trip from Kuta so leave early. Also traffic into Kuta is busy so leave plenty of time for flights. Komang's husband kindly drove us from the villa to Kuta and we stopped at a Waterfall. We would definitely return. Thanks so much. Unforgettable ❤️

I feel like I really lucked out! For how busy Kuta is, Emma’s place is a sanctuary in the middle of it all. Having a beautiful pool to cool off in and relax by made it all the more peaceful. Host was very responsive and the groundskeeper/cleaners were very kind and helpful. Being able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes was a huge plus. Perfect spot if you plan to go surfing. I booked the whole month here as a home base while traveling. It’s also one of the few places I stayed at that had a fridge/freezer, kitchen, and large clean water refill for each unit.

This apartment was amazing, it forms part of a hotel and everything is right on your doorstep. You can use all of the hotel facilities and the beach is a 1 min hotel shuttle bus ride away. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly. They have a money exchange at reception too which is handy. There are loads and loads of restaurants and a good supermarket if you leave the hotel out reception and turn left down the first road out. There is also the Bali Collection a 5 minute walk away which is loads of shops and some more restaurants. There is the Devdan Show at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre too which is walkable. From 10pm the hotel is very peaceful so you get a very good nights sleep. Your aparment is cleaned every 3 days by the hotel. This was one of our best airbnb stays ever, my son did not want to leave. Our second time here… love the apartment and location. We felt right at home having stayed last year here too. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next door is great… the staff are really nice… and you can’t beat the location…. So close to the beach and great restaurants - yet it is such a peaceful location in a quiet alleyway.

Booking with Regine was super easy. The location of the villa is wonderful in Nusa Dua! On arrival we needed one bedroom cleaned and one shower fixed but the staff were super helpful and everything was attended to. Regine was really fast at replying and getting things sorted. Which we very much appreciate. Walking distance to some cool resturants and access to many amenities which was absolutely fabulous. The villa is spacious which is great for families and friends who would like to have a bit of their own privacy.

We had a great stay at Casa Meena : the garden is so pretty, the pool a perfect size and it was very quiet. The studio is very clean and comfortable and our host Carole was very friendly, welcoming, warm hearted and made us feel at home from day 1. Very nice, new apartment. Hammock and trees give the place a unique environment. Bedroom was quiet off the street. Enjoyed my stay here.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.

Elshinta is a great host and very responsive. The Airbnb itself is located inside the Jayakarta Bali Resort which is a great place. Right next to the beach, great pools, restaurant and bar. Easy to self check-in.
