Great place to stay, easy to get in, courteous and about active hosts. Thank you. Not a significant disadvantage of accommodation, but this is not a problem of the property, loud animals at neighbors and planes taking off at night. Everything else is fun, I recommend it!

This is my second stay at Jocelyn and Gale's condo and this is the place I will stay every time I visit Bangkok. This spacious condo is located right next to Asok station and is a quick walk or train ride to just about anything you'd like to see in Bangkok. The unit itself is spacious, roomy and clean. There is a fully functional kitchen and laundry. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. I consider this condo my second home in Bangkok and recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay at a reasonable price.

1930-40s style house with lots of charm that is located in the center of BKK, with 1 swimming pool, in the middle of the megalopolis = a privileged place. 1st floor has a superb dark wood flooring. This house could be a jewel if the decor was more neat. Very small kitchen with catastrophic furniture and layout: drawers that open on their own, 1 faucet that only provides lukewarm water (no cold water or hot water😳), the equipment is insufficient, not enough towels. The house is generally quite clean, do not look in the corners or the chandelier on the stairs... The bedding is good and comfortable. Only 1 change of bed linen in 7 nights. Air conditioning is difficult to adjust. The safe was unusable and placed on the shelf, not screwed. The bathroom on the ground floor deserves to be largely refreshed. The Thai or continental breakfast is very hearty.

Absolutely loved the authenticity of Ohm’s place and the neighbourhood. A different side of Bangkok away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to get to the major Wats and Grand Palace by walking and local ferry. This place isn’t for those requiring fancy amenities, but perfect if you want charm, authenticity and a local experience. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go along the canal. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive; fixing an issue immediately. Highly recommend.

Tak is a wonderful host. Prompt and highly responsive. He did go beyond his way to help us with our needs. The rooms, toilets, kitchen everything was neat. The place was convenient for commuting to all the shopping, restaurants and amenities. Highly recommend his place if it's a group of people.

Staying at Isra’s place was incredible his place is magical right on the water with fish jumping. He is incredibly accommodating and makes you amazing food if you want it and will organise a boat ferry to take you back to mainland. Very comfortable place which just feels like home, it was our first trip to Thiland and the best place we stayed the whole trip From the airport you can get very cheap easy to use train just look at the maps and then get a cheap tax tuk tuk or walk the last bit and then get a ferry across from near the temple, (Wat Kang Kret) they run until about midnight and can be flagged down at night with a torch about 100-200 baht, just say “baang go lite” and they will take you right to the place Explore Pak Kret!!! It’s brilliant with incredible markets and very close to the island Enjoy!! Thank you Isra!!

Very great house, more suitable for young people to live, go out 50 meters there is 711 and subway, transportation is convenient, you can make breakfast at home, the two piece suite is on the second floor, it is a little noisy at night, remember to bring earplugs, Bangkok's general illness, unless staying in a high-rise hotel, will stay again next time.

A very special homestay experience worth returning to the next trip to Bangkok.Pariya's homestay is located in the center of the city, walkable to Siam BTS station, Chulalongkorn night market, very suitable for friends who come to Bangkok for their trip.There will be delicious breakfasts made by housekeepers every day.If there is a problem Pariya and Wis the housekeeper will also respond promptly and provide travel advice.The hygienic environment of the hotel is very good and makes people love staying here.

Our stay at Siri's place was great! apartment is clean with fully equipment we need. There's a small kitchen where we can cooked for meal. Also, had enough garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning supplies. Everything is going well, but there's a small suggestion to change the curtains because the color is quite old and stained. Other than that, everything is great. The location it is convenient a few minute walk to MRT station, and Skytrain. Khun Siri and his family was very responsive and proactive. Highly recommended to stay kha :)

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

Was honestly one of the most central locations in Bangkok. The staff were friendly and there were and ample amount. The whole villa was spotless and the two larger rooms had the most beautiful bathrooms to parter with. If I come back to Bangkok I hope I have the honour to stay here again. Thank you very much

I had a fantastic stay! Ramone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and she was very responsive to all my messages. The place is easy to find and conveniently located near the airport railway and MRT, making transportation a breeze. There’s a 7-11 just around the corner, and food vendors are available on certain days, which is a big plus. Overall, my experience was great, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time, provided there’s availability.

It was only a day's stay, but I had a really comfortable rest. The night view of Chao Phraya from the accommodation was really fantastic ^ ^ I think the experience of talking about Dorando on the terrace will be a good memory for a lifetime. Thanks to the friendly video, the check-in and check-out methods were very easy, and there were no inconveniences during my stay. ^ ^ The bathroom was spacious and clean, and most importantly, the water drained well. The location of the accommodation is great ~ It's a short taxi ride to Sathorn Pier and a short walk away. It was a great accommodation in many ways with many restaurants and massage parlors nearby.

Clean place in a very good location, close to Subway stations and few coffee places around. Pool was super cool! With a stunning view overlooking the whole city. The only thing, building management could take care more about pool’s cleanliness as the glass around it its dirty and needs to be cleaned but this is not Host’s fault. Thip was very responsive and helped with everything. We had some issues with the toilet and he was willing to help us and showed interest to solve the problem.
