Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Bang Kapi District

This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment on the 25th floor in downtown Bangkok exceeded all expectations! The space was impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The panoramic city views from every room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Check-in was seamless, with clear instructions that made the process stress-free. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering helpful tips about the area and going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We felt truly cared for throughout our visit. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this fantastic apartment!

I love this place because it is pet allowed and great facilities. They offer an in-door, specific room number's parking space which gives me a peace of mind for my car safety. The room's decoration and function is impressive. It's simple, cozy and functional. I love that the room comes with a kitchen, bug refrigerator, lots of hangers, lots of electric plugs, working desk, and a patio where I can let my pups out to go potty, then just clean it. Though, bathroom is a bit small. Wifi is fast! I can work online without interruption. Down side: There are tiny mosquitos outdoor especially in the garden. l like the garden very much. My pups had a great time running around. Although, the neighbors didn't clean after their pets which is a bit sad cause the owner has prepared a roll of poop bag in the room. Overall, I was happy and definitely stay here again next time.

Perfect stay with Jocelyn. Her instructions made check in a breeze. The unit was very clean with lots of lovely homey touches including welcome snacks and drinks. Location is excellent short stroll to steps or a lift ( great for an oldie like me) to Asoke station, terminal 21 etc. Soi 14 has food and massage shops just steps away from the unit. Highly recommend Jocelyn and her Airbnb.

Very responsive and flexible host. Specially appreciated Spotzel’s accommodating demeanor upon my request for late check out. With no hesitation from him, my request was granted and that speaks volumes. The place is great specially the view, very relaxing and refreshing that it makes you just chill all day. The location is ideal for exploring the most iconic tourist spots and temples in Bangkok by ferry/boat. Probably my first pick to book if ever I’ll be in Bangkok.

We had a great time staying in their place. It was close to everywhere we need to go. Highly recommended! I would give 10 stars for this :)

Our stay here was perfect! It is well-situated with many restaurants and bars at walking distance, and very peaceful during the night. The room is well equipped and decorated with taste. The security guards are also really nice and helpful. We will not hesitate to book this again.

everything you need available.. great value for money. there is the possibility to smoke inside. very fast communication. large room kept simple. with balcony. great view. i will come back next time,, Bangkok, because of the good price

For my now 15 year old son and I, this was our second time at Canal House. It was like coming home. Loved it. The neighbourhood is so lovely and safe and authentic. Food at the restaurant is delicious. Everyone helpful, responsive and very friendly. Fantastic suggestions- especially the canal tour called ‘Hidden Bangkok’ which was captivating and very informative. Don’t miss it as it is a highlight and the tour guide Yoyo is funny and very clever. It has made our 3 days in Bangkok a total adventure and a memory to cherish. Thanks to Ohm and the whole team.

Wonderful place to stay! Great neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance. Location is above an amazing restaurant with drinks, food and a view! There are monitor lizards across the street so it was fun watching them! Wats within walking distance and just a few minutes to catch a can anywhere in the city. The hosts are so friendly and I will be staying here when I come back next year. Lots of love for this place!

Everything was in place. Just as what we expected. Fantastic place and location. Would definitely go back.

The house very beautiful

Marie’s place is spacious, artistically designed. There’s fully equipped kitchen, it is far away from the busyness, very peaceful place, though it is good to have your own vehicle if you plan to go out often. Overall, great place and friendly host.

Pariyas home is in a great location for restaurant and bar hopping. The home is very spacious and has a courtesy cleaning every day which was a bonus. I’d say the neighborhood is good but was really noisy at night making it hard to sleep which was not what I consider to be tranquil.

Very good structure of the place , very well equipped swimming pool and fitness center, located in a quiet area 500 metres from MRT Station. A lot of good people Benny gave you a lot of tips on what to do in Bangkok. I recommend and will be back shortly.

Our stay at Siri's was perfect! the apartment is spacious, bright, noise free and confortable, with everything you need. The residence has high quality premises with a stunning swimming pool, and green spaces very pleasant and relaxing in the middle of the city. it is conveniently located few minutes walk from an MRT station so you can easily get anywhere. But above all, we appreciated the outstanding service provided by Siri and his family. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, proactively assisting in everything needed d'urine our stay. I highly recommend and look forward to stay there on my next visit to Bangkok

Great location, right in the middle of the Nana neighborhood with bustling nightlife and plenty of restaurants around. The staff were also very friendly and left the place squeaky clean everyday! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Ramone’s place. She is responsive and friendly. As we have two big luggages, she gave us detailed photo instructions on how to get to her place with the least amount of stairs. Really appreciated! Her place is clean and well equipped, conveniently located at the junction of blue line and airport line. I’d highly recommend this place.
