Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bang Kapi District

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Love the place, hard to find a place with multiple rooms and with chill balcony areas, perfect place to hangout with friends. Daily housekeeping is nice. Real 3mins walk to Asok station and terminal 21. Will definitely come visit again <3

The listing for this beautiful place did not do it justice- it was even more beautiful than we'd imagined. Tor was very kind and flexible with check- in, and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day when we had a night train. The neighborhood felt safe and all was quiet and so comfortable!

We had a marvellous time on Klong Mon at Baan Ploen Dee! We stayed for a couple of weeks so we had a great opportunity to see a lot of what the area has to offer. In the local neighborhood you’ll find some of the sweetest people, fantastic food all around, markets close by and easily-accessible public transit options in every direction. While there, we were lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to participate in the Buddhist celebration of Magha Puja at the Temple next door with Title and her lovely family. What a treat 🙏🏼. Title has also put together a very helpful guidebook of the area with local recommendations and tips. We had fun trying to do everything, ha! Don’t miss the local ice cream shop and smoothie stand down the lane! Thanks again to Title & her team for such an authentic experience and great stay! 🙏🏼🇹🇭✨

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

Loved staying at Pridi and June’s place! The location was perfect, with easy metro access. The apartment had everything I needed, and the common kitchen and laundry area were super convenient—felt like home! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Super spacious, very central apartment and Hanh is the best host!

Great place to stay. Great location, great building staff and the home was perfect. It had all that we needed for our 3 week stay including a comfortable bed. There are 3 large grocery stores within walking distances and you can walk to the train (BTS) that will allow you to explore all of Bangkok. If you like padel tennis, Pad Thai Padel is a 35 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok. We will be back.

Christophe’s place is quiet, comfortable, and matches the photos and description perfectly. The building is safe, clean, and far enough from the bustle that you can feel at peace, while also being a walkable distance from Sukhumvit, BTS, and everything downtown has to offer. As a host, Christophe is literally the most gracious and helpful Airbnb host I have ever had the privilege to meet. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb's, and met many kind and helpful people, but Christophe treated me like family. His place is great and well worth the stay, and as a host earns the highest rating possible. Thank you Christophe!

Clean and modern accommodation. Nice decoration. The view from the room was great. And the rooftop is very nice! We will be back! Small plus for the convenience store in the building!

Loved this apartment, a perfect location to work and explore Bangkok for a couple of weeks! Has everything you need, great rooftop terrace, pool and gym + the pickup from the airport and help with check in was a really nice touch. Lovely part of Bangkok and super near to the skytrain and a 7 11 (also free shuttle to the skytrain station if you cant be bothered to walk!)

Everything was great. Close to restaurants, shopping malls, clubs, subway. Clean, spacious. Could be a bit chester, but we had a great time and I fully recommend this place.

The place was great , about 30 minutes from airport and a little more from the hop On hop off ferry. Right next to a large mall and free shuttle to bus / train station

A very very convenient location, subway station is just few mutinies walking away, Westgate shopping mal few stations away, there are lots shops available. The place is well maintain, everything is clean also has nice view from balconies. Convenient store just downstairs, so is self serve laundry store. Suwaida is very responsive and helpful too. Definitely worth the price.
