Really enjoyed our stay here! Apartment was very clean, spacious and well stocked. Woke up to misty fog below our balcony. Loved the lush greenery around the golf course. Enjoyed a relaxing morning walk and interacted with the horses. We played tennis, tried some golfing, and took the boat ride on Pawna river during sunset. Didn't have enough time for all the activities, will certainly visit again. Friendly and responsive hosts. Thank you!

Suhas' place is exactly as seen in the photos . It was squeaky clean and all the modern amenities were there and in excellent working condition. The apartment looks like a page out of a design magazine. you get a stunning bird's eye view of the township's golf course which is pleasing and soothing to the eye. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is a great value for money. We plan to visit there again at the next opportunity.

We had an amazing stay, the space was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The convenience of having a supermarket right in the building was a huge plus. A special thanks to Divya and Deepika, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, regularly checking in on us. The caretaker, Krishna, was equally sweet and caring, making us feel right at home. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Really beautiful and spacious place. Completely matches the photos posted by the owner. It's in the centre of Balewadi. You can walk to High Street and there are a lot of shops nearby.

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

Shravani's place is in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. My checkin experience was one of the best I've ever had. The caretaker who let me in took me on a brief tour of the neighborhood on the back of his scooter. If that wasn't a "welcome to India" I don't know what is. Throughout my stay Shravani or one of her co-hosts were incredibly responsive when I need anything. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home! I didn’t feel like leaving this place. My fur babies enjoyed every moment. It’s a haven for pet parents. Viraj is an extremely helpful and soft spoken host. I would like to visit soon.

The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating—I wanted to book a stay for 2 days more but it was unavailable on those dates, they went above and beyond to offer me another room, ensuring I had a great experience. Their hospitality made my trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay. Would definitely return!

The place was great. It’s a newly built premise. Secured entry to the building and as soon as you enter you have the elevator to go to your apartment. Very private. The owners are very friendly. The location is great as this is centrally located. Apartment was clean and big enough for a family to enjoy their stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place with a nice cosy house feeling. Check in was super smooth and host was extremely responsive and helpful. The plunge pool was clean and we did jump in it on several occasions. The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants nearby. The house although cosy, could do with some renovations especially windows which all had a small crack or chipped on the edges which meant that quite a lot of noise got through (it's near a busy street). Upon check in we also noticed that the drains in the bathroom and kitchen were not super clean and therefore releasing an odour that was not nice. Once we pointed out to Golu, the caretaker, he was quick to act and ensured that it was cleaned out. Overall, the location, the cosiness factor and the super friendly and responsive hosts really make it a worthwhile visit and something I would definitely recommend and also book again.

We stayed in Salima's apartment for 3 nights and I must say the stay was wonderful. The flat was clean and balcony had a great green view. She even managed to give us quite an early check-in as our flight landed early in the morning. Check-in was smooth and the caretaker 'Raju Bhaiya' was just a call away. A must visit restaurant right in the building itslef is 'Effingut'. Overall, we loved the stay and we would definitely book it again whenever we'll come back to Pune

A lovely & well presented good sized flat. The Location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful......host was easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner.
