Lovely airbnb in a nice quiet side street. Located close to a Lidl and a great beer garden with accompanying German restaurant. We loved the hot tub and amazing decoration and had a really pleasant stay!

Frank & Claudia were very helpful and were very flexible. We were very pleased with our stay with them. We can only recommend it.

With our daughters of 2 and 5 years old, we stayed five wonderful days in the holiday home. The house has all the comforts and the separate game room loved the kids. The garden is truly gigantic and completely private. The jacuzzi, sauna and ping pong table complete it. Christian and Martina are great hosts and always easily accessible. Finally, the surroundings are beautiful and I can say that Bavaria has stolen our heart. We will definitely be happy to come back!

we were very satisfied. I booked the space for a family weekend We have a one-year-old with us. There were a lot of toys in the apartment, behind the house a large garden with a fleet for the little ones, slide, balls, gates, shovels - everything a child's heart desires. The apartment is large, the bedrooms are upstairs. Everything is fine. Kitchen is nice and large, a nice fireplace is also available, which provides cozy warmth. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful. We enjoyed it very much, we felt very much at home. It's very quiet. Parking right outside the door. 25 km to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and 16 km to the outdoor museum Bad Windsheim. Highly recommend accommodation for families.

Great central location, and plenty of room for a big group. Everything you need for your stay included too! Plus nice and friendly hoast too! Would definitely stay again!

Super nice little apartment with terrace. 3 km (bike path) to Ebermannstadt for shopping and diverse gastronomy.

It's the most beautiful airbnb we've ever had. Incredibly creative and welcoming design. The kitchen is complete and equipped with many useful helpful and high quality kitchen appliances. You go down a few stairs, arrive at the apartment door and have an overwhelming distant view and at the same time a wonderfully tasteful covered terrace that invites you to cozy relaxing hours in warm weather. The whole apartment is decorated in harmonious colors with the complementary loving decorative items. The terrace, the view into the garden, the distant view and the entire apartment are a soothing composition. 1000....Thanks for letting us in.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could possibly need. They even thought of everything for kids — from fun activities to safety features, it was all taken care of. The heating system was absolutely fantastic, keeping us warm and cozy the whole time. Honestly, everything was so good! We really hope to come back soon. Thank you so much for everything!

Host was incredibly welcoming and communicative. House was very spacious and comfortable. We came specifically for the Christmas markets. While it’s not walking distance, it’s not a far subway ride- with one transfer needed. The heated floors were amazing, and overall the home was perfect to Lounge and rest at.

We are two American couples who stayed three nights in Nürnberg. Our hosts Heidi and Herbert were so friendly, helpful and discrete that our accommodations immediately felt completely like home and this WAS really home away from home. Various food items waited for us upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with every imaginable thing we could think of plus extra stuff. The bedroom welcomed us with fluffy bathrobes and cosy pictures on the walls. These were not just excellent accommodations but exceptional accommodations prepared for us with kindness and love. Great place with great,super nice,relaxed and caring hosts. The apartment is nicely clean and well appointed. A small play paradise for children. Trampoline,playhouse and a beautiful pool. The location is great for small family excursions, we visited the Playmobil Funpark,the zoo in Nuremberg and Bamberg Zaubert. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment with Steffi and Marco.

From arrival to departure, everything is just perfect. (also that we didn't arrive until around 10 pm was no problem) You could always get in touch and they were always quick to respond. We will come back 100%. Super nice people and especially for children just a great place.

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.

We felt very comfortable with our children in the earth house and on the farm. The apartment is modernly designed and very well equipped. In the farm there are many games (play equipment, trampoline, pool, go-karts, table tennis, volleyball, badminton and much more) and animals. The Bartel family was always friendly and created spontaneous horseback riding for our children. Thank you for the great time!

Very great and lovingly managed and thoughtful complex: four of us had the AC apartment ( enough space with a balcony, everything you need and very clean). The outdoor area is great for children and adults: natural pool ( nice and big) , playground and possibility to grill and the location on the small lake is really nice. Family Ballheim is super nice and you immediately feel welcome Thanks to Melanie!!
