Our family had a fantastic time at Grace’s property. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had some family members visit for dinner while we were staying at the property and we had no issues fitting everyone. Grace and her team were also very responsive and accommodating to any questions I sent their way. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Felt right at home in an instant! The bnb space was so spacious. The thing I really like about this place is that it's so quiet and peaceful. 2-3 cars fit inside the gated garage, (although the car should at least be sedan width) hehe. 2 bed rooms, 1 huge living area and kitchen. And pet friendly too! There's so many convenience stores around and even great restaurants! I also like the work from home setup with an external monitor ready hehe. Lots of outlets, fast internet. Cool airconditioning. Highly recommended! Thanks, Sir Neil!

Very nice place, quiet, and relaxing. Very clean accomodation. Far from restaurants and if you need to buy stuff but about 3 to 5 min by car. This is what we wanted because we need quiet vacation. Host is also reaponsive and MJ, the one who greeted and helped us. She is very nice!! Will recommebd this to friends! :)

The place was gorgeous ❤️ we stayed at kaye's place @ azure north for new years eve and the view is really amazing. The kitchen was full equipped and every corner are inst@grambl€ . My Family are really like enjoy and like the place.The host are very friendly and responsive.highly recommended.☺️

Everything was clean and well organized, and the welcome fruit was so nice. Everything was well-equipped, but most of all, the host's quick response and consideration were the best. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

The unit was really nice and clean! Check-in was super easy, and the guard was so friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and peaceful, which we loved. The unit had everything we needed. Plus, the free access to streaming platforms on the smart TV was such a treat. It’s also super close to all the establishments. Definitely a great stay! Highly recommended ❤️

This is a lovely family run building with everything at your fingertips. The apartment has everything you need to properly prepare meals and cook. Just bring your own ingredients. AC in the bedroom is enough to cool the entire apartment if that's what you require. The pool and laundry are on the ground floor. Help for anything is on the property. There are family run stores/restaurants also steps away from the front gate. Trikes are 24/7 at the corner or by the LaGrande Residences on the next corner. Location is perfect between Fields Ave and Fil-Am Friendship. SM Clark is a few minute ride away. I'd love to stay here again in the future.

It was my family's 1st staycation and we had a great time. We felt lazy to go out honestly and just wanted to stay and lay on the bed while watching movie and karaoke. This is our second time staying in Catherine's unit. The place is clean and matches the photos. The amenities, especially in the kitchen, are complete so we were able to enjoy our entire stay. No problems with the internet. There are great restaurants nearby and a convenience store at the ground floor so we had everything we needed. Maria was very friendly and helpful with the check-in and she replied quickly so all our concerns were immediately addressed. Will definitely book again in the future.

It's our 3rd time to check-in at Monterrace though from a different host. I would say that I love the area. Feels like you're in a mini Korean community: the feels, the cleanliness, the mountains, the technology of the building and the unit are all an A+. The unit itself is everything you'd ask for. My toddler, my senior parents and grandmother loved it there. So nice to sleep in, so nice to cook. Complete with toiletries, kitchen stuff and even garbage bags (I hate trash staying in our room so having a refill of the g.bag after throwing the old one makes it convenient). Such a nice place for a staycation and business trip. A plus too that it's super near 711, unlike before we still need to drive or walk from our building. I highly recommend this unit :)

Enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and the overall design of the place is modern and pleasing. After exploring the city it was nice to relax in the unit with Netflix, wash some clothes, and prepare a small meal. We would stay again. There is a convenience store on the first floor perfect for getting snacks and ingredients for meals, toiletries, etc. There is also a nice cafe on the first floor and a restaurant, as well as a restaurant across the street. To explore Clark or Angeles City you will need a vehicle or use Grab.
