Flat is in one of the best buildings in the area. Amenities are luxurious throughout the whole building. Flat is newly renovated and more spacious than expected for a studio. Highly recommended

This was our first time in BsAs and Marcos’s apartment made our experience even better!. During our stay that was a bit more than a month we felt our entire stay right at home, could explore the city so easily thanks to the formidable location. Marcos is one of the greatest hosts we ever came across Airbnb, he is amazingly responsive and attentive to his guest’s needs. The building’s 24 hr security was a plus when we checked in, friendly and welcoming. Building’s laundry was very user friendly and free!.. The right next door restaurant Dona was exceptional!.. we tried countless restaurants throughout the city and always ended up one more time to savor Dona’s asado rustico! :) the place is right in the middle of the best restaurants and cafes ranging from Argentine to Asian to Greek cuisine. There is an organic market on Bonpland only a few blocks away. This city and this apartment we fell in love will have us back as soon as possible!.. we cannot wait to come back!.

I really liked staying at Mariana's place. There is a lot of light in the apartment. Nice balcony and a pool and a gym in the building made the whole difference for me. The neighbourhood is great and I'll probably be back.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Kitchen and apartment very well equipped. Good for people who also like to cook for themselves. Beautiful but also very expensive environment. I highly recommend the apartment.

Carla is very responsive and flexible. Her place is safe and clean. Very good location. The only problem is her neighbor has kids who screamed in the hallway, which is annoying. But I would definitely come back another time.

Luciano is a great host. Apt is very nice and comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. Puerto madero is great area to be. We enjoyed walking to San Telmo and along the river. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Thank you and we will be back.

The apartment is in a great area, with a 24-hour security service. The amenities of the condominium, gym and pool were much appreciated. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. It was a wonderful stay, I would definitely book again if I went back to Buenos Aires.

Good apartment, nice view and with a nice park nearby. It doesn't feel bustle of Ciudad and you can rest. Very well located to go to the Movistar Arena. Many Micro lines nearby, subte and train. The apartment is in a building with 24/7 security.

The space is just like the photos, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything we need. The view is so cute from the balcony. The tower has two entrances from two distinct streets which makes it even more accessible. Super close to the faculty of agronomy and veterinarian. I would definitely stay with you again. I would only recommend placing a non-slip carpet in the bathtub as it is a bit slippery, outside of this all excellent, cleanliness and comfort 1A!

Clean, natural light, great WiFi, really nice view over the garden and pool. I stayed in the apartment solo for one month and had no issues. Great communication and hospitality. They were super responsive when I locked myself out once. The apartment is above a really great coffee shop with super friendly people, delicious food, and coworking space. Great location. Would stay here again.

I originally booked 3 nights at Ezequiel's place in Buenos Aires but liked both city and his apartment so much that I added a fourth night, which was really easily scheduled with Ezequiel! The apartment itself is in a modern part of the city (Palermo) with lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and everything else you might need in walking distance as well as beautiful parks and gardens a few streets away. The apartment complex where the apartment is in is secured by two gates and the door secured with another pin code, so you feel safe at all times! Kitchen, bed and especially the shower were really good and the balcony right outside is another benefit! Ezequiel as a host was incredibly nice, almost immediately responding to my questions and assisting with help where he could. Thanks for letting me stay here and I will definitely be back for both Buenos Aires and apartment!!

The stay was excellent. Communication with Fernando/Viviana, has been clear and fluid. The apartment is located with two entrances, one facing an important avenue, which has shops and supermarkets. Close to cafes and others. The apartment is cozy and the facilities like the pool available 24 hs is excellent. Grata statisia.

We went with a large contingent and the experience was very good for everyone. The host's attention was friendly and accessible at all times. The house met the goals and expectation, games and recreation spaces as well. The only detail is that some rooms had no door and people had to change in the bathroom. I don't know if it's momentary, but it's a point to improve. We will choose them again next year, thank you!

Absolutely great Airbnb. Nice apartment, amazing location. Kitchen is a bit small and not amazingly stocked for cooking (one pot) and we did have issues with the wifi but and Guadalupe was super helpful and responsive. Ended up extending our stay! Definitely recommend 😊

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.

Uruguayo was extremely kind and thoughtful, very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Always available for any inquiry. The amazing place, it has everything you need and is very nice.
