Flavia and Romiro were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We took an airport shuttle to Obelisco and walked to get there but we could have easily taken the Subte as well (the stop is only a few blocks north on Av. Corrientes). The area is surrounded, particularly to the north with some of the most vibrant areas of the city. We walked extensively along Corrienties, Santa Fe, and Callao throughout our stay. We had an excellent time!

The apartment is cozy and was clean. It's simple, but it had everything I needed. Our host Florencia was flexible and attentive to help with the best arrival and stay. The building structure has little acoustic insulation, so you will hear noise from the neighbors. The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay close to everything in the center for an affordable price in a comfortable stay.

Spotless place, all super clean and tidy. Equipped with everything you need for short and long stays. Very central place with buses and subway very close, also supermarkets, and restaurants in the nearby blocks. Super easy check-in, it was like arriving at a relative's house. Option #1 for when I return.

Norma's courtesy of waiting for me until late for check in deserves a lot of praise. Apartamento is located in an excellent area, close to subway and avenues that lead everywhere. Franco is an excellent host and gave good cultural and gastronomic suggestions. I recommend it.

Gastón welcomed us very kindly, I was attentive upon our arrival, the apartment is very cozy and has a very good location to get to know the city of Buenos Aires. If you go in your own vehicle you have parking. Highly recommended, and something we want to emphasize is that it provided us with a washer and dryer service.

I booked for 20 days- and extended to a full month. There’s three main highlights. The best thing is the host, Pol. He is quick to respond to any issue and legitimately cares you have a good experience at his flat. I gave him a list of concerns and he addressed them all. He is available at a text. The next thing is the balcony with a clear urban view. especially from sunrise to 9/10am, the light hits perfectly to create magical mornings. The third selling point is the cold press juicer. I went through a juice cleanse with this, and am grateful for the opportunity, because this is a rate amenity for an airbnb. In general, there are real plants, wood furniture, comfortable bed, two bathrooms.. There are some things that remind you it is just an airbnb and not your home, but easy to ignore for a month. The main con is, the location is not great in my opinion. Theres nothing green nearby, and a lot of traffic and commerical activity. It is central though, walkable. Enjoy!

We felt right at home in our stay for over a month. Dennis immediately reacted to a sudden breakdown with the washing machine and was immediately repaired, and was available, helpful, and helpful. The bathroom has a flowing water heater so it takes longer for the hot water to come, there is a system how to set it better... They would come back again!

An excellent place to stay in Buenos Aires. It has everything to make you feel at home and is in the middle of the city, where you can find things to do and eat anywhere. If I were to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay there again. Inés, our host, was very kind and attentive

The attention of Sol and Clarisa was excellent, always predisposed to give solutions and provide information, the Department impeccable, as in photos, and very well distributed, the location was just what we needed. I would certainly rent the same Dept again.
