The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos! It was clean and fragrant, the heated pool was the children's joy. The super functional kitchen, air-conditioning in all rooms and everything was working perfectly. I didn't experience any issues with noises or bad smells. I need to give a special shout-out to the shutter in the suite that saved my nights. Tim and his team were attentive and responsive. Anyway, I'll be back for sure.

Properly functioning Predio, all automated. At the concierge has facial recognition entrance, Garage opens when recognizing the sign. The apê is with digital lock. All as described in the ad. small yet well-organized and planned apartment. It had everything necessary for a good stay. It has a mini washing machine in the bathroom that was of good use, for the bathing suits. (since the others fit I saw advertisement in the same condominium do not have) this was a point of having chosen him from the others. Wonderful view 😍 great location. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures; clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all my messages. I felt at home and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

The home exceeded my expectations. The apartment is beautiful, quite functional, well decorated, with everything new and very clean. The location is excellent, with a direct exit to the central beach of Balneário, and proximity to markets, restaurants and other shops. Cherlon and his wife were really nice, helpful and welcoming. When I return to Balneário I will be again at apt. Super recommend!

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

Apto super cozying with an amazing view

Our stay was perfect! The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures , wonderful view, clean house very well looked after. We will definitely return and stay for more days!

The place is wonderful, beautiful view of the beach, cozy apartment, good location, out of busy places and close to the center of Brava and the Ferris wheel of BC. Just one note, to access the beach, you have to go through a river, at high tide, it's not possible for people of short/medium stature! But otherwise, the experience is very good!

Simply impeccable! To find a defect you need to work hard! For those who like a good coexistence area, this is the place, great location, all air-conditioned environments (and working very well), very well equipped kitchen, all appliances working, an accommodation with a taste of home even. We will definitely return!
