The apartment is very well located, you can do almost everything on foot. Leonardo received us very well. Very friendly and attentive.

The accommodation was great. The apartment is very well located, close to great restaurants, the beach, BR… The entire apartment is very well furnished, leaving nothing to be desired. The fact that it was close to Avenida Brasil initially worried me if there would be noise to sleep, but that was not the case, since the night is very calm the traffic of cars. Place well located, very comfortable apartment

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and all activities in central BC. André was very requested and the space is very pleasant. We will be back for sure!

We stayed in this apartment itself very comfortable, well equipped and provided us with a super pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the wonderful view of Balneário Camboriú overlooking the dining room to the Ferris Wheel and the balcony overlooking the beach, simply spectacular. The building is very well structured, safe and organized. We recommend to everyone looking for a cozy place, an amazing view to make the most of the city. We would definitely return.

All as expected, photos like the house and Marcos a quiet and easy to communicate person. You just have to thank for everything.

We had a good experience the period we spent staying, the estaleirinho beach is very quiet ideal for those who want to rest, the place has a lot of green, you wake up with the noise of the birds, for an end of year where many places were agitated, we found the ideal place to rest and recharge, we were super well served, the place is exactly as it shows, it supplied our needs.
