I had an incredible stay at Theodosia apartment! The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The place itself was clean and located in a great area with a beautiful view. I recommend this spot for a great experience and good value for the money!

Already in advance, Emmanuel and Yannis provided us with great information for the area. Very unobtrusive and super well organized. Someone was always available and had great suggestions for our individual vacation wishes (diving courses, Beaches, restaurants, rental cars, taxi from the airport). We arrived and the apartment corresponded perfectly to the descriptions, everything was there, great terrace with sea view, clean and nice bathroom, working air conditioning, cleaning worked out great, everything you need on summer vacation. The entire complex was just renovated. All houses freshly painted, a new pool, new loungers/umbrellas, great! A rather quiet location, but the combination of tranquility, a nice tavern, pool and beach in less than 100 meters radius with permanent great sea views is wonderful. A rental car to explore the west part of the island (great beaches, Chania town) makes a lot of sense. We enjoyed the holiday very much!

After my plane was delayed, Maria was very accommodating and met me after midnight to let me in!

Very nice accommodation, beautiful view , spacious room. Simple equipment but enough to cook and breakfasts . Good bedding. We enjoyed the direct access to the small beach as well as the beautiful pool . Only downside: non-potable tap water and some plane noises in the evening .

We absolutely loved our stay at Panagiotis’ place. Our check in was extremely easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for couples looking to relax and enjoy a romantic getaway. The room had all the amenities one would need and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top of what was a truly wonderful experience. Panagiotis was a fantastic host and helped us a lot during our stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for that great mixture of comfort and pleasure!

Giorgos was great, welcoming, showed us around the apartment ensuring we knew where everything was. This is the best place I have stayed in, had my own swimming pool and the main one was absolutely great as well. 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Easy to get around. Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard, breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your room at what time suits you. The best part was that I didn't have to ask for anything as it was perfect and had no issues. loved the whole complex and setting, nice and pieceful, spent a week with my wife and son which was lovely and stress free 😀. Thank you Giorgos for providing such a lovely setting, we all loved it ❤️

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is great, the terrace is exceptional. Everything within reach.

Host George was great. He responded very quickly with messages, booked us a taxi from Heraklion airport when we arrived, and was at the house to greet us when we got in. We got there before check-in time, so George brought us refreshments and chatted to us on the veranda until our room was ready. George gave us all the info about Bellevue, as well as tips on where to go and what to do. Our room was beautiful - tastefully decorated, bright & airy, with a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a small, workable kitchen, and it was close to the lovely pool & stunning views. Our room was cleaned regularly, yet they were respectful of our privacy. George was amazing during our stay. He responded very quickly to questions, he organised a hire car for us, also ensuring pick-up & drop-off at the house with the hire car. We had a lovely home cooked meal in the “Taverna” on site, again, beautifully decorated, with awesome views. We had a fantastic week. Thank you George & Fofi.

Perfectly happy for the week spent. All worked well, nothing was amiss. The surroundings are good with plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Overall a great place to stay right by the beach. Recommended. Happy to visit again. No complaints at all. Thanks Andonis.

Nice room with everything you need. The bed was very hard, I made it softer with the 2 duvet that are in re cupboard next to the bed. Close to the busstop (really cheap) and the "strip"😉 you are just about in-between. Loved my stay
