Villa vacation rentals in Balestrate

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Caterina and her husband are gracious, caring hosts with great taste. They have a beautifully decorated home with local Sicilian design elements and souvenirs from their travels around the world. They also greeted us with glasses of wine and helped us get settled in, and provided us with awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They went above and beyond to assist with our stay and we are forever grateful to them for their hospitality and easy communication!

We spent 10 days in Villa Namali and enjoyed it very much. Communication with Marco is great and he has great tips for the area. The house is not far from a beautiful sandy beach, so you can just jump into the sea in the morning before breakfast. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped, simple dishes can be cooked superbly and a grill is also available. We would come back!

This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

This place is something unique. located on a hilltop with great views over the surrounding landscape. Close to Trapani, Erice, San Vito etc. it is a great place to discount the island. The house itself is as shown on the pictures, with a great pool! Last but not least, the host is great and we felt home in the very first second. Thank you!

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

Wonderful location. The guesthouse is set in an elegant setting and surrounded by a wonderful garden kept with great care by Mr. Michele who, together with his family, allowed us to spend a wonderful relaxing vacation. Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Le CAIE in Castellammare del Golfo! Roberto, our fantastic host, was welcoming and flexible with our check-in. He greeted us on arrival, walked us through the villa, and provided all the information we needed. Throughout the week, he checked in to ensure everything was perfect and shared great local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The villa is stunning, with spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and breath-taking views from the veranda. It comfortably fit our group of eight. We loved dining on the patio with sea views, lounging by the pool, and relaxing in the garden. The location is ideal, close to the sea, and the villa offers great amenities like an outdoor shower, wood-burning barbecue, and private parking. The pool was perfect for soaking up the Sicilian sun. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it’s one of the best holidays we’ve had! We’ve already told Roberto we’ll be back next year!

Thank you to Innocenzo, Gianna and Giuliana for being great hosts. The house was amazing and the views breathtaking. Their restaurant in Town was also great and we ended up eating there two times. If you’re looking for a place with some privacy, a great pool and a close drive to everything, then this is the place for you.

Magnificent magnificent! We lived in an oasis near Palermo and enjoyed a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a large deck with an outdoor shower. Perfect and totally private. The house has all you need and it’s near to Palermo as well as the ocean and great seafood restaurants. Floriana and Roberto are the most welcoming hosts and they do all they can to make you relax! When you enter this flower villa you never want to leave, just sit on the pool-deck, enjoy the surrounding mountains and breathe Sicily in. We will definitely come back!

A pretty Sicilian house full of charm with a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the olive trees, the mountains and the sea. The house is close to the Zingaro and Segestra reserves. Lucietta was very available and flexible. We had a great time at this place that we would recommend.

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

We were completely satisfied. The entire property including the house, the spacious garden and the great swimming pool impressed us very much and we immediately felt comfortable. You had the feeling of having arrived in a small piece of "paradise." In fact, both the pool and the garden were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos here. Convenient location. Everything (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, cafes, restaurants …) is within walking distance and the small swimming cove is authentic, heavenly and beautiful. Clemente is a great host, the communication was great, he responds very quickly and is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. For us there was plenty of fresh fruit, delicious pastries from Terrasini, fresh drinking water and coffee the whole time. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the place. Both with large and smaller children, a small, fine green oasis.

This place is located in an out of the way road and is very calm. It has the necessary equipments, the exterior is very nice and the pool is just wonderful

What more requested, Valeria and Giueseppa, are extremely friendly, attentive and happy to share their area. We have We stayed at 14 in the house, everything was spotless, the villa is very recent, beautiful and modern, the jacuzzi the pool and sauna do not make you want to leave the house and the view of the vines… beautiful. Hosts who are very helpful and attentive to our needs or expectations. They also helped me organize my husband's birthday by finding me a caterer who made us typical dishes and a great cake all delivered directly to the villa. The villa is quiet, few neighbors, but it takes a vehicle to reach the shops. Palermo is about 35 min drive away.
