Vacation rentals with beach access in Bal Harbour

I was impressed with Annabelly's response time! We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Limited dining options without a car unless you don't mind a long walk to the boardwalk. There might have been more if we'd ventured west, but nothing came up in our online searches. There was a cafe in the building, but I cannot recommend the food. The grocery store was just a few blocks away. Well-equipped kitchen and things for the beach. You pay a lot more for everything to be right on the beach, which is to be expected. However, I was surprised that all restaurants include an 18-20% service charge, regardless of the number in your party.

Wonderful apartment and great value, exactly as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well-stocked, and the unit had a couple of beach chairs that were available for our group’s use. Devin was proactive, helpful, and responsive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. The location is perfect for a Miami Beach/South Beach stay.

We stayed for a week, and we knew the area around us well so close to what we wanted to do, the place was exactly like in the pictures. Good communication from the host, nice beach area with a pool bar and breakfast.

Great location right on the beach. Pool is also right downstairs and very heated and large. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool from every room and the balcony was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time on Key Biscayne. The apartment was as described and larger than expected. As a family of 4, we had enough space. The surfboards for the kids made for a lot of fun on the beach! Absolutely recommended!

Second stay at Nicks place and it was perfect. Very clean house, well stocked kitchen, very nice glass ware and silver ware, beautiful pool and backyard with gated dock, quiet safe street, great washer/dryer, amazing communication with host. Quick, short uber away from Las Olas or 17th street for excellent food and walking around. You will not want to leave. Will absolutely return for another stay. Thank you soooo much Nick.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 girls on our 5th annual trip (1/16–1/21). The home was clean, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The backyard with the pool and hot tub was stunning, and the themed rooms and game room with ping pong, a pool table, and video games were so much fun! The beds were super comfy, and the house had everything we needed—plenty of towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and umbrellas. While we missed having a microwave, the two air fryers worked well. MJ, the host, was wonderful and quick to respond. Don’t miss out on the beach setup services by Michael, the neighbor—he provided canopies, chairs, a table, and a cooler, making our beach day perfect! We also loved the Pelican brunch buffet with its delicious spread, live music, and easy beach bar access. Overall, this house had everything we needed for a memorable, relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Otis was a terrific host. Communicated promptly and clearly. The house is incredibly close to the beach as it is a short walk. The house is very well maintained and perfect for a family vacation. We would definitely book again!

We had a great time at Joe’s house. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location and it was a perfect fit for 2 families with 4 children. Highly recommended!

Lisa and Andrew’s house was perfect for our group. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for the weekend including kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. we couldn’t believe how close the beach was!! We hope to be back!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Anthony has a great property in a prime location. The view is amazing. Friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again!

This is our favorite Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale so far. We especially enjoyed the dock facing the waterway at the back of the property and the heated pool! All the neighbors were so friendly and the location of the Airbnb was very close to everything. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels -one less thing to bring!

Great value for the price, especially considering the neighborhood of Key Biscayne, which offers few lodging options that are affordable. Many things to do, all within reasonable walking distance, including public beach access. Overall a great find, one I hope to repeat one day!

Everything was great with the building and the host. Concierge does not speak Spanish and are not very friendly.
