It was beautiful place to stay in. Very close to all amenities and the ski slopes. we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

Making fire is not too hard because you have fire lighter. I have great time with roasted marshmellow in that great weather. Fantastic!!.

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful information throughout my stay. Upon check-in, the room was clean and well-prepared. It’s worth noting that if you want additional cleaning or linen changes, you need to request this at the reception for a fee. Given the excellent room rate, we didn’t mind paying a little extra for this service. The location is fantastic, with a market and several restaurants nearby. I loved being close to the forest walk, which made for a perfect getaway. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikol's place! The apartment was very neat and tidy, and its location was perfect for exploring the city. The check-in process was smooth, and Nikol was very responsive to our messages. Just a minor suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that toiletries and towels are stocked before guests check-in. Overall, we highly recommend Nikol's place for anyone visiting the area. Apartment is exactly as pictured, it is spacious, modern looking with excellent lighting which was important for me. This apartment is definitely one of the better accommodations in Bakuriani and is located near Didveli mountain. If you don’t want to walk it, the bus stop is just outside and arrives every 30 mins. This is definitely an ideal location. La is also a wonderful host who went above and beyond what is expected. Because Bakuriani is small village, I needed some necessities ordered online, and La was gracious enough to help get the items sent to me. I could not have asked for a better host who is amazingly responsive and friendly. I will definitely look out for this place if I return to Bakuriani!

Very friendly and hospitable hostess. Spacious, cozy and very comfortable studio, has everything you need. Very comfortable position - in the middle between two large elevators. 15 minutes walk to each.

The place is amazing. Comfortable, nice view of mountains. Very quiet (low season). We got stuck in the mountains going by wrong road, and the owner was kind enough to reschedule our stay for next day. Extremely helpful and understanding. Always responded fast. Would come back.

Great host, beautiful space

Great place to stay in Bakuriani. Tastefully designed, high quality, brand new construction (2019). Very comfortable, plenty of space, beautiful surrounds. The location is secluded while still being very central, basically 5-7 minutes drive to anything you could want - great skiing, restaurants, family activities, etc. Or you can just relax and enjoy the house and the surrounding area. Zurab was always nearby, quick with communications and very accommodating regarding check-in/check-out time and made sure we were comfortable. One note - in winter, the roads leading up to the house may be a bit bumpy/snowy... AWD vehicle is best if possible, but I'm sure Zurab will get you up the hill to the house if your car isn't up to the task. Overall, great stay, beautiful place to enjoy all Bakuriani has to offer. Highly recommended.

I think the apartment is very nice. It is sunny and warm. It has a certain coziness that makes you feel at home. We rented the apartment for the second time and stayed longer this time. Anna is a nice and understanding hostess. There are some small things that should be improved in the future (for long term stays), for example: there should be more than one key for the apartment, hangers would make life easier and a vacuum cleaner would also be very handy. I still rate this apartment with five stars, because the overall experience is really good.

Great location with all necessary facilities around. Especially good for families with kids as there a playground right in front of the building. Having a working fireplace adds special vibe specially on rainy days. Overall, great place for the value.
