Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bakuriani

Thomas and his wife are so loveable, and we're very accommodates gave us mineral water and apples from their tree and grapes from the garden even offered us some koniak:) just to visit them it was worth it definitely will come again:)

We are staying with friends for a weekend and it was good. The house is nice. The view from every window to the mountains. The house looks like at the images. Everything was good and cozy. The kitchen is pretty good and comfortable, but the fridge is small. there were only a couple of small things missing: a closet/ shelves for things and a large mirror. The host is friendly, Thanks

For a winter holiday with a large group, we chose this house and were not mistaken. Large spacious house, with separate kitchen for cooking, dining room, large spacious living room. In the living room there is a fireplace that created a unique coziness and atmosphere. The house was warm, the host kindly installed additional heaters in the bathrooms. Communication with the host was easy, responses were accurate and quick. Linens and towels, new and not tired of washes. This house exceeded our expectations, which I would definitely recommend. We'll be back.

We loved staying here. It had plenty of space for our large family and was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. It made my kids so excited! The host even left some little sleds for the kids to use, which was very fun. It was cozy and warm and overall good. It was a little tricky to locate the exact location, and we had a little trouble with the locks on the front door. The toilets also had some trouble flushing, and we didn’t see any soap or shampoo available for a shower. The host was responsive but not as helpful as I’ve experienced with other airbnbs. Overall I’d still recommend. It was close to town, walkable, and absolutely beautiful surroundings. It felt so cozy inside the warm cabin, surrounded by the snowy mountains, with Christmas decorations all around. There were lots of warm soft blankets available in the cabin and a wood burning fireplace, which my kids also enjoyed!

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

A wonderful house, everything was perfect. Very responsive host, a beautiful and clean home with everything you need.

Stayed January 2025 with family and it feels like home the moment we step in… The host is super! Giga treated us not just some guest but like family, making sure we got everthing we needed for our stay, helped us in other things as well he was very responsive everytime we have any question. The place exactly as described and in the photos. Spotless, spacious and equipped with everything we could posibly need… Supermarkets, bakery and butcher right next door, its very convenient. Plus if you have kids like us, park and playground is just across the road by the river with stunning views of the mountains… Plenty of free parking in the area… We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose the same when we visit again…

Clean, nice apartment in Crystal resort. I have been in several apartments in Crystal complex, but this was the best apartment, where I stayed. Apartment has big balcony with nice view. Yes, you should take with you your own towels (or take from reception for fee) and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, but such situation is in all Crystal apartments. We will definitely next time come also to this apartment.

Perfect place for winter rest with kids in Bakuriani

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this little cozy place. Actually it is clean and spacious and warm which is exactly what we needed during winter. Also, you can walk into the hotel area and use the playground for kids. There are horses and snow mobile if you want to have extra fun. I'm very satisfied.

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

Wonderful place to stay and relax! You can take a walk around the cosy neighborhood, climb to the top of the mountain by a nearest funiculaire, buy everything you need at the grocery store. All this will be surrounded by a stunning landscape. The weather is really comfortable even in the hottest days of summer. Great opportunity to escape the city heat with your family and kids. Nice interior design, convenient amount of necessary stuff. I can't say anything about the skiing infrastructure because we stayed here in summer, though I can presume that there's everything you need as well. Solid 5/5 stars.

The host, David, is very wonderful and communicates with me on a daily basis and is helpful. The apartment is very clean and has everything necessary. Its location is close to Bakuriani Center. I strongly recommend it.

I was satisfied with my choice. I liked the location. At the time of my stay, it was deserted and quiet. But I would like to wish that there was toilet paper, soap, detergent and a dish sponge. Thanks to an earlier review, I was ready for this, I lived a week and it was strange to me, but okay to buy it. But if someone stops for a day or two, it can cause discomfort.

Great apartment and location. Bright and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. SPAR supermarket is across the street. If you travel with kids during winter, this is a great place to stay. The park where kids can play is right behind the building.
