In the lower area, it has about 35 square meters with equipped Kitchen, bathroom and also offers a spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and mountains. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper area, which is a sleeping area (a Bedroom: 1 x DB plus mattresses -> max. 4 pers.). The house's swimming beach is a 7-minute walk away.
