We felt extremely comfortable - Gera is a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit, and this is especially true for the neighborhood where this property is located - right on the Weiße Elster with the pretty bridges and views! We had a wonderful time at Julia's place! The accommodation was perfectly located in a quiet side street, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are really great and have everything you need. The apartment itself was well decorated and met all our expectations. It was particularly gratifying that the children felt very comfortable. Julia really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Tali is a great host! She was very quick to respond to my questions, even when we arrived a little later than expected. She was already waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. As a result, we immediately felt very comfortable in a strange city for us. The apartment is compact and beautiful, on the ground floor with entrance via a courtyard. It is located in the hip, alternative district of Lindenau, within walking distance of the incredibly nice Karl Heine strasse, where there are many nice restaurants and separate shops. The tram also stops in this street, so you can be in the beautiful historic center in fifteen to 20 minutes. Despite the proximity to this shopping street, the apartment is very quiet. In the evening it was very quiet in the residential streets behind. We are super happy that we were able to stay in Tali's apartment. If we go back to this beautiful, bustling city, we will definitely stay in her apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our travel plans changed last minute, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, quickly updating the lock combination for us without any hassle. When we initially had trouble getting the heat to work, they responded immediately and even brought portable heaters—though in the end, we didn’t need them. The apartment is stocked with so many useful items—coffee filters, detergent, plenty of bathroom essentials, and even a straightening iron. But the absolute highlight was the beautiful decor. You can tell that the place was furnished with real love and attention to detail, perfectly capturing the style of the time period. From the plate clock above the kitchen door to the heavy wool blanket in the sitting room, every little touch felt intentional. The lamps, chests, dishes—simply amazing! A truly special place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We were very happy with the place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pictures are truthful. The landlord clearly communicated all instructions in advance so that no questions arise. The location is very nice and central. You can easily reach everything by public transport. Unfortunately, we only heard louder in the evening when someone was walking in the stairwell, as it is quite eavesdropping. Otherwise, everything is top notch. We are happy to recommend it and can imagine making another request for our next visit.

We had a super nice stay! The accommodation was easy to locate, and parking was super nice and safe. We arrived much later than expected due to a snow storm on the way, the host was super understanding and it was no problem at all. We could easily and quickly enter through the code of the door, this was super nicely arranged. The accommodations themselves were super neat. It was very clean and even better than in the photos. The bed sleeps wonderfully, as if you were sleeping in the clouds. The host even had a snack and a drink ready. It was also no problem that we came with our cat. The host was also super friendly about this. The host was always incredibly friendly and very responsive. We recommend this place to everyone and can't wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tobias AirBnB very much. The apartment is modern and nicely decorated and everything was very clean. We also felt very positive about the accessibility by public transport and the removal of Lidl, Kaufland and co. The communication with Tobias was always very kind and the online check went smoothly. We thought it was very good that towels were provided. As a note, we would like to mention that it smells a little getting used to in the stairwell/hallway. However, Tobias can't do anything about it and the apartment smells good. For those who want to cook for themselves, we would recommend bringing the most necessary herbs and oil.

We spent a nice long weekend in Halle to explore the city and nature. Falko's place was ideal for this! Thanks to the central location and good connection to public transport and various shopping opportunities, we were able to reach everything quickly, but also found enough relaxation in the quiet backyard and on the large balcony. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available for a pleasant and carefree stay, including various useful little things (shower gel, oil, spices). For a longer stay, we would only need a dishwasher+microwave. Communication with Falko was always quick and straightforward and he had numerous helpful tips for exploring the city. :) We were also very pleased that we could enter the apartment a little earlier after arrival to store the suitcases and warm up a little. Since we also fell in love with Halle a bit, we will gladly come back to Falko's place on occasion. :)

We had a great time in Leipzig, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired and we would recommend it to everyone. Everything you need is available and for our baby we were even provided with a crib and high chair. The furnishing is modern and clean - without much frills, which came in very handy for us with a baby in the crawling age. There is a small playground right in the courtyard. The apartment is in a very good, quiet area and you can find everything you need in the area. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back. :)
