The place was worth our much awaited vacay and get-together! 💕✨ The place was situated on a quiet and remote area which makes the whole stay peaceful. Feels like we have a world on our own. What you see is what you get based on the photos shown on the listing, spotless place, fragrant linens, chic lighting and fixtures. Pros: 1. They have a two-way radio that will be handed to you by the caretakers so you can ask for assistance in an instant. 2.Ate Digna and kuya the caretakers are very hospitable and kind. They’re literally one call away. 3. Spacious area that you and fam can play some games and activities. 4. Elegant Bathroom ,Kitchen and Living area. 5. Miss Maylanie is also super kind and accomodating 6. And the list goes on and on and on 💯💯💯 Cons. 1. Nothing 💯 Book this place right away! Just be reasy with all your needs specially your ingredients for cooking as markets are quite far from the house. Nevertheless, near perfection stay with RML 💕✨ Will be back bere next year 💯✨💕

I had a great time at Jeremy’s place. It is in a great location—a gated community beside a mall and close to other conveniences. The place itself was great. Everything was clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Instructions for getting there were pretty straightforward as well.

We had fun in our stay. Only thing is that there is a power interruption happened twice before 12 midnight. We were opening gifts then it’s dark. The host went in the resort right-away to give us candles and to inform us that they will have the generator open for us to be comfy. Other than there everything is great!

Host was responsive and the place was a good stay, we had a fun family time staying at this airbnb. Host and caretaker was also very accommodating 💗💗

Very clean and private place.

The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. They have a beautiful home. Our stay was not perfect as we encountered an unpredictable scenario, however, they made sure we feel safe and given us desserts as a token for the inconvenience. We also reported things to kuya Dan that needed repair for future guests and he said he will report them to the hosts. There were cats and kittens in the premises, very cute and friendly. Few minutes away from the groceries, market and Clark. We were also contacted right away when kuya Dan (caretaker) found the watch my brother's gf left when we checked out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The 4 spacious bedrooms made it perfect for our large group, especially with kids. The villa itself is well maintained, clean and big with ample space for everyone. The villa has a shared pool outside, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and welcoming retreat!

We had a family reunion in this place and we enjoyed the pool and walk to the beach! I just wish we stayed longer.

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. Had a lovely stay with fam in Ms. March's place. It's very unassuming since it's tucked in the usual neighborhood but the compound is very chic and spacious. Travel-wise, it's convenient since it's by a major road, beside the bnb itself is an Alfamart branch, a few meters down the road there's 7Eleven. Everything is prepped like the karaoke setup (lol), and the bnb had a spacious kitchen ans dining area, utensils included. It even had books and board games for the kids, first aid kit too. Ms. March was very accommodating, she even prepared snacks and drinks for our arrival. She's very friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a place to spend with your family away from Manila, I recommend this bnb. :)

We had a superb stay! Although we encountered a few hiccups—specifically, the fridge wasn't working—Acell promptly arranged for it to be fixed and provided an ice box for our food just in case. The place is incredibly relaxing with a great ambiance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Hopefully, it won't be raining next time! 🤩

Ericka's place is worth staying specially when you are a family. There's a lot of room that can occupy even more than 10 pax. The owner is always communicating if we need something. The kids love's the pool. We enjoyed the karaoke. We Will definetely comeback again.

Great place to stay specially when you want a nice and cozy place for your staycation. Would recommend for a friend and family gathering, the place is big and spacious. Caretaker is also friendly and helpful, as for the host (Marie) she's really responsive when it comes to our inquiry and very nice. We enjoyed so much staying in this place! :)

I would like to thank the caretaker for helping us when we had a car issue. Never left us hanging when were having trouble fixing our car! The place is perfect for a family/friends getaway! The view is super nice, AC was working good, there is a hot water for shower and plus a swimming pool that we enjoyed. Definitely worth the money! We'll come back for sure!

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

Excellent property. The rooms were clean,amenities were great. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend. The staff was very friendly and consistently made sure we were comfortable. The best part of the listing is the Videoke Room.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.
