Our cozy guest house is less than 2 kilometers away from fastfood chains (McDonald's, Jollibee), supermarkets and local restaurants (Bubusok, Ningnangan). A convenience store is less than 200 meters away! Grab and Food Panda are available in the area!! Distance to other points of interest: Mula De Victoria: 220 meters Pampanga Pottery and Agritourism Park: 650 meters SM Pampanga: 9 kms Guest house is surrounded by plants and trees. Insect repellant is strongly recommended if not a must.

Really the vacation that i need before going back to work, clean, private and it feels like home., safe, huge space for parking or you can play badminton as well, or stay upstairs to chill, if you‘re an animal lover there‘s 2 adorable cats . wifi connection is available anywhere in the resort. you can rent the pool at a reasonable price. i‘ll definitely book the resort again whenever i go back to Floridablanca.

our stay was great! the host was responsive and kind enough to accommodate our requests like extra mattress. there was also an AC in the living room so it was comfortable. the location was also almost an hour away from NCC, which wasn’t bad. so i can recommend this to other concert goers who might be looking for an accommodation near NCC.

It was nice that the building served as a shade for the swimming pool. It allowed us to go swimming even during daytime (up until 10am or 11am). The rooms are spacious. We loved the videoke room. The sound system and microphone were A-okay. 👍🏻🫰🏻 The wifi was fast and stable. There is no problem with phone signals. The bathrooms in all bedrooms are clean and have hot and cold showers. There were several comfort rooms so you'll have no problem addressing your cr needs. The caretakers were friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. Things to improve: 1. Towels should be readily available and not when requested only. 2. Thicker blankets should be provided. 3. This is not the owners' fault but the smell from the piggery/poultry from the neighbor would reach the place sometimes. It's not that bad but some guests might find this a big deal. So, just a caveat. Overall, the place feels like home. We'll definitely book again.
