House vacation rentals in Back Bay, Boston

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

This is the third year we were able to rent Ediangela’s house. As always it’s beautiful and clean. The pool is spotless. Plenty of space for big groups and absolutely perfect for families with kids of all ages. There’s so much to do on the property itself. She is so kind and responsive. It’s always been amazing every time we stay. It’s becoming our summer staple to come and stay by the pool for a few days of vacation. 10/10 absolutely worth renting this space. This year we brought two 10 year olds, a 5 year old, and a 2 year old, with 4 adults. They had the best time in the little play houses and pool. The adults had a great time as well. If you’re looking for a low key - big fun spot where you don’t have to run around to entertain, this is perfect! Everything you need or may need is on site or minutes away if you need to shop. Including the actual beach. I sincerely hope we get the chance to make it year 4 next summer!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Thank you Scott for hosting us! The location was perfect for our son’s therapy intensive, and it was peaceful, calm, and a bonus that it was right near the park. Projector worked well, comfortable desk upstairs for working, strong internet, and a great layout for a family. Our kids really enjoyed the books, and we loved the open layout, as well as the backyard space. We also appreciated the fresh eggs — thank you!

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

We loved our stay at Steve’s place! The communication with the host was very clear and helpful. The house was one of the most comfortable and well-appointed houses I’ve ever rented on AirB&B. It as quiet and in a great location in Brighton. I highly recommend it!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great place for our coaches to meet up and sleep after a full day of coaching in Boston area. Very comfortable space. Highly recommend this home.

Great spot for a large group. A few restaurants and mini markets nearby as well. Great value for the money. There aren’t many places in Boston that have enough beds to accommodate larger groups.

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Please do not make your decision to stay on early reviews! Is this house near the train? Yes. Did it bother the six of us that stayed here-no. The living room now has seating for five with the sleeper sofa and two chairs. But who is spending time here when you are on vacation and just need a place to sleep? The beds were amazingly comfortable! The sheets were like soft butter! Downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and then one King and two queen upstairs. And the water pressure in the showers? Fire hose! It was amazing! We only had one vehicle so parking was not an issue. I think there was plenty of parking if we had had more than one. Marley and Eric were very responsive in all my questions-before during and after our stay! They were helpful in train questions. I highly recommend staying at this house in Salem.

The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.

Darryl was a fantastic host. The apartment was just as pictured. Well furnished, welcoming and clean. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and you can walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend and stay again at this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful and the hosts were extremely easy to work with

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.

We took this trip for the NBIN track event. It was perfect for the team. This place was comfortable with just enough room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
