This house is amazing! Beautiful, clean, and so quiet. It's great for a group. The kitchen was wonderful and we cooked a lot! I had online classes and the wifi was stable. They allowed me to bring my dogs who loved getting to play in the yard! The yard is beautiful especially with the yellow Fall leaves. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful!

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

Location of The home is at the heart of the Baku. Very near the popular places. You can easily reach the Main Square by walking. Mr. Khandan was also very kind and helpful. Thanks for everything.

We had a lovely stay for a week at Rza’s place. The accommodation was clean and as shown in picture well decorated and a lot of mirrors. The living area with fireplace was beautiful and made us feel like home. We were warmly greeted by Seville in person and she walked us to the property and gave the property tour and explained everything clearly. She was always quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Perfect location in the centre of at Nizami street. Has many options for restaurants and cafés right across the house and there is also a convenient store nearby for groceries. It was safe to walk alone even at 1pm at night on Nizami street. They also made cab arrangement for our airport pick up and drop and we appreciate it ! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended property . Thank you for this amazing stay !!

Location: super great, heart of the city, however quiet, you can sleep with open windows you won't be disturbed Apartment: as a couple that's the best you can ask for, the bedroom is lovely spacious and cozy at the same time Host: very responsive and helpful Technical: AC working great, internet is not for playing online games, unless you have cellphone connection it is always lousy in this counties (Turkey, Azerbaijan) trust me...

I really liked it! The apartment is comfortable and clean, it has everything you need. The location was very pleasant - 3 minute walk to the shopping street, where there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants. There are lots of greenery, fountains, beautiful buildings in the area. 15 minutes to the sea and promenade. Thanks for the hospitality

Great place near lots of restaurant and central tourists street

Everything was perfectly well-thought for family rest: football and volleyball playing ground, swimming pool, sauna, darts, table games and even punching bag to drill boxing. Lovely cozy garden and everything you need during the day - home stuff like iron, plates and dishes etc made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.
