Elnara was a wonderful host. The space is very cute, super clean, and exactly as described. Apartment had all amenities provided. Elnara was very accommodating with our requests and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment is close to city attractions with a walkable and beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a private, convenient, and hospitable stay in Baku.

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

Ilkin’s apartment is a great place to stay at in Baku. It’s walkable to nizami street and other places. Ilkin is very good in responding and accommodative in early check in and late check outs. Loved the place. Only negative is the way you get into the apartment looked very hideous.

The flat was super clean, beatuifully maintained. The location is also increadible having nizami street, baku eye, carpet museum, deniz mall, maiden tower and other places at a walkable distance. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Baku.

Regardless the entrance, the apartment is very nice with a calm wooden theme and a nice smell, it has a direct view of Nizami street and there are many restaurants nearby. We did not need any transportation as we could go everywhere on foot. Lets not forget the wonderful host who was responsive all the time.

Perfect spot to stay in. The apartment seemed old from the outside and elevator but the inside was remolded and perfect. We would stay again

Mr. Sabri took care of us during our stay. She was very friendly and gave clear answers to all of our questions. She was very helpful with check-in and parking. The location of the house is quite central and the cleanliness is quite sufficient. We didn't encounter anything different from what was shown in the photos. A house that is open to TV improvements. It had very little channels. The house was much wider than it looked in the photos. That said, although it was very cold, the house was very hot. We would like to thank Mr. Sabri for his kindness.

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.
