Love the bed pillows. Superb location! 5min walk to the beach and the hub of Ericeira. Loved everything about it and of course the host is beyond exceptional in how she takes care of her guests! We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

We really like the place for our month-long stay! The location of the property is its strong point, very close to the beach of Carcavelos, to restaurants, with nearby shops as well. The hosts are very polite, friendly and helpful. We recommend the site!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment has a very nice sea view and you can easily enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants around and the boardwalk along the beach. There is a Spar downstairs from the building which can be very convenient. It's a place that allows you to do a lot of things: houseboat and the islands around, Obidos , Nazare and Alcaçoba. We were coming from Lisbon and did some nice steps on the way: Cascais , guncho, Cabo da roca . We only stayed two nights and a day but with a little more time, we would have stayed an extra day to enjoy the beach and infrastructure.

Luis is an amazing host! He met us and not only showed us around the apartment but also the neighborhood. There are two great cafes a block away, a fruit & veggie store right around the corner. The beach and walkway that goes all the way to Cascais is only 300 meters away and a Continente grocery is only 1 km away. The apartment and especially the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The apartment and beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

The stay was perfect. An apartment with fabulous views, clean, cozy and with everything you need. It is very rewarding to find places to spend the night with our faithful (and well educated) compañeros, where they are treated and catered as they deserve. Ralph is a very attentive and personable host who communicated well throughout our stay with great recommendations for the local area. The house itself is simple and was perfect for what we were looking for, no frills but good amenities and very well located. Praia das macas is a very beautiful place, we could have stayed much longer + will be back! If you are looking for a totally anonymous and self contained Airbnb experience then this probably isn’t for you as Ralph (host) is more present than we are typically used to with Airbnb - the check in is in person rather than keyless and so on. However, with the recommendations, provided maps and detail about the town it was a very welcome addition to have an English speaking host who actively wanted to provide a good experience. If you are considering this area - go! One of the best places we have ever visited as a couple and all of the locals were extremely friendly.

Mariana was an amazing host! Fast and friendly communication, great recommendations for surroundings. The place is perfectly located, especially if you are traveling with your four leg friend, as there are no direct neigbhours. Walkable to the beautiful beach, and any infrastractur you need is a small distance with a car, or a bus (which stops just next to the house) or even longer walk. Swimming pool is clean and perfect for a few swimming strokes and refreshment.The house is equiped with all neccesitties, furnished modernly and with a great taste. We had a time of our life! :) Thank you Mariana.

We loved the house, the decor, and the location. The house is furnished with everything we need. Paulo is super nice! We could use the fireplace, there was a bbq, several heaters in the house, because at night it gets cold. O Sítio is perfect for us to escape the movement of the city.

My husband and I had a lovely one month stay at Bruno’s place. There simply are no negatives. The house is fantastic, the location could not be better, the views/sunsets are picture perfect. We wanted for nothing. The house was clean, cozy, the beds so comfortable and the waves create the perfect white noise to sleep soundly. Addictive… The WiFi worked for video calls. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and eat in, although the local restaurants are fantastic and Bruno’s recommendations are clearly well curated. Last but not least, Bruno and Rita are wonderful hosts. Communication with them was always prompt and effective. They are proactive, helpful, friendly. We could not have made a better choice and we look forward to returning to this beautiful area soon. We should be so lucky to find Bruno’s place available again! Very comfortable and spacious apartment, very well located, with access to several beaches and a few minutes from others. Very kind treatment of the hosts, very nice views from the resort surrounding the place, including fantastic restaurant. Definitely highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived David greated us with a huge smile and open arms! He was incredibly welcoming and made sure we were completely happy with everything before leaving us with the apartment. His apartment was perfectly clean and very cosy - a perfect place to stay by the sea. He even gifted us some local fish fresh off the boat for us to cook on the barbecue - they were amazing!! Would highly highly recommend this place, we'll definitely be coming back to stay later in the year!

This appartment was perfect for us. - it is extremely clean and functional - best situation to park, go to the city center by walking & enjoying the sunset, - Ana Paula & Sofia have been fantastic host, extremely responsive on my questions. I do recommend this place for everyone that is going to spend few days, weeks, months in beautiful Ericeira. I hope I can go there again.

The place is in a nice location close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. The nice kitchen is well supplied, better than most as far as utensils are concerned. Little things like the WiFi password I had to call to find out what it was. Also the dishwasher and washer has a switch that alternates between the two, this was not mentioned anywhere and I had to call to get that figured out. However the owners response was quick and helpful so it wasn't that big a deal - should just be documented so you don't kill yourself trying to figure it out before contacting them. Overall, very nice place, reasonably priced. I would go back there if I ever needed a place in that area again.

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a a really nice stay in Parede, the neighborhood was nice and easy, also some of the nice beaches are nearby. We used public transportation and taxi to get around, which works fine. The only downside is that the groceries and restaurants are not that nearby.
