You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

You can rest as a family in this peaceful accommodation. It is centrally located and very close to any places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Devil's Table is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of the moon is comfortably walking distance to the coast in the narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There is a bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen hall. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay in the sofa for 2 people in the living room. Have a😊 GOOD HOLIDAY 😊

It is 2nd to the sea and 30 meters to the beach and the pier marina. Due to its central location, its surroundings are rich in social care. It is 50 meters away from the villages and restaurants. Since our apartment is 0, everything is brand new. Our apartment is very peaceful and comfortable for the apartments, there is a LED TV, AIR CONDITIONER,BUILT-IN OVEN, BUILT-IN HOOD,WASHING MACHINE. There is a front and backyard in this apartment. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

You can feel like your own home at home as you will not have noise or noise problems. 5 minutes walk to Cunda center and 7 km to Ayvalik center (there is public transportation until 2am) Our house has a garden, BBQ and garden sets. Cunda Little House

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
