Home in Auldgirth
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 119 reviewsHouse with Pool Table, Garden, Dumfries, Sleeps 11
Margarets place is lovely and perfect for a winter get away. It was all decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Local recommendations and lists of taxis etc in a handy book. If you are staying and want a taxi do remember to pre-book (we failed at this).
Home in Port Bannatyne
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 58 reviewsThe House on Bute (Fircliff), sleeps 14, sea views
Fircliff was a fabulous place for our family get together. The house is very well equipped and worked brilliantly for our group of 11. There’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if needed and two nice rooms to meet up for meals and socialising. Everyone had a really great time and we wouldn’t hesitate to go there again. Many thanks to Lucy & Ed

Once again, a very comfortable stay. Beds are very comfortable, house is warm, cosy and tidy. Lovely back garden for kids (enclosed and safe for dogs too). Has everything you would need in the kitchen. Good spacious rooms all round. Would highly recommend this property to others too. Location is good, would be a good home base for visiting other areas in Scotland.

Vacation home in Dumfries and Galloway
4.96 out of 5 average rating, 25 reviewsOpen plan 2 bedroom cottage with hot tub
We travelled with two tweens an a puppy. The cottage was plenty big enough, warm and comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen and very well set up for pets (enclosed garden area and an enclosed area to let dogs run on the grounds). Nice touch was the washing up liquid and cloths for the kitchen. Also great to have a smart TV so you can use your subscriptions. Rebecca and her partner were very approachable and accommodating, meeting us in person to welcome us and show us the cottage and when we checked out. We used the pool one evening - make sure you have £1 coins for the sauna - which is a great addition to your stay. Would stay here again as a base for this part of Scotland.

A beautiful and peaceful find indeed! A lovely modern lodge with all amenities, in a very quiet & peaceful park. Everything was very well presented, perfect for a relaxing weekend. There are some spectacular beaches nearby for gentle walks, a must for the stay here. Martin was very helpful and on hand for any questions.

Vacation home in Newmilns
4.99 out of 5 average rating, 67 reviewsLoudoun Mains Luxury Lodge # 2
I booked this last minute for myself and my wife as a quick getaway after our wedding. I booked for same day check in, the Lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. I advised David we had just married a couple days prior and were looking for a quiet escape from all the wedding madness. upon arrival there was a rose petal love heart on the bed, a card addressed to us congratulating us on our recent marriage and a bottle of wine in the fridge. considering I made this booking only a few short hours before the check in, this was a lovely touch and was much appreciated. the stay was exactly what we wanted, somewhere peaceful to be together and switch off from the world for a couple of days. This ticked all the boxes and we will definitely be back. thank you David.
Apartment in Finnieston
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 17 reviewsGlasgow Flat - Stylish & Comfortable near SEC
Love Samantha's place, as well stocked a kitchen as I've encountered on AirBnB and lots of space and light. Great location close to many bars and restaurants (Finnieston Road). Responsive host. Would happily book again.
Holiday park in Kirkcowan
5 out of 5 average rating, 9 reviewsCascade mini Lodge & luxury hot tub @ Three Lochs
Just home from a weekend stay with our 2 young kids. We had a fantastic few days, some well needed down time ahead of a busy Christmas. The lodge was beautiful inside & out with everything you needed & more. The hot tub was a great addition - even in the Scottish rain! Karen is a superb host, couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will 100% be back in the summer months x
Cabin in Inverclyde
5 out of 5 average rating, 14 reviewsCabin retreat in Wemyss Bay
The lodge was great. Fantastic sized decking for eating etc. 2 parking spaces for cars. Comfortable living area with TV and some games and toys for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, everything you’d really need for a self catering holiday. A nice big gas hob with 5 burners and an electric oven. Also a dishwasher. A separate fridge and freezer with good space inside both. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The lodge was lovely and clean and obviously kept to a high standard. The only small downside was the in lodge WiFi could be a bit in and out. Although we were there on a school holiday weekend when the park was very busy. The caravan park is probably our favourite. It’s definitely the least “packed” in with people. So everything is never really that busy. If you visit try to take a day trip with the ferry at across from the entrance to the park. Not much in Rothesay but it’s a lovely trip/day out.

Hi the caravan as lovely as advertised however we were unaware that the pub amusements, pool, etc could only be used by ‘blue pass’ holders. We arrived after six when office was closed. Disappointed seven year old … saved us a fortune though thanks Gemma

We loved our stay here it was just as described! We felt just at home and absolutely loved the kitchen and the overall style of the place that you have created. The only thing we would say is that you should include the second bedroom in the photos, as it is only as nice as the first!! Thank you for such a lovely and welcoming stay, we will definitely be back :)

Farm stay in Fintry
4.87 out of 5 average rating, 120 reviewstiny cabin on farm, sleeps up to 6. Dogs welcome
We spend a lovely weekend away at Gills place. The cabin was just as described if not more! We absolutely loved pulling out the sofa bed and setting up the projector to watch movies and enjoy a glass of wine where we ended up crashing out. The area was beautiful and although we didn’t have the best weather as it snowed, it was still lovely to look out the gorgeous views, and of course sheep which our doggies also enjoyed watching. The free run area was great for our pups too as we didn’t have to worry about one of our escape artist running off. The cabin had great kitchen supply which allowed us to cook a lovely meal. Shop was close by too if needed. Gills description provided at the start really helped us find the place with ease. We will certainly be coming back in summer when the weather is better as the additional outdoor furniture and fire place would be great in those summer nights!! ❤️ Thank you gill for having us!

Our second visit to Kippford and won't be our last! Tom and Cheryl are great hosts, leaving us to it whilst being just a text away. Super accommodation with superb views of this beautiful part of Galloway. It was also my mum's first ever Airbnb experience and she had no complaints at all!
