I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for making my 40s such a special moment.

Fantastic Stay ! Fully Equipped & Spacious! We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Marina’s Airbnb. The apartment was bright, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped , everything from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring Valencia, and Marina was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress free stay!

It was great to stay with Martin, he's a super friendly and helpful host! The villa is situated right in the mountains with lovely views all day as the sun plays on the rocks and peaks. It was very peaceful, the only real sounds were the birds! The pool was cold when we went early April but I managed a quick swim on the last day! It would be beautiful once the sun has warmed it a little more. It's a short drive to several local towns, and Martin was able to give us some great recommendations for restaurants, walks and things to do. Altea Old Town in particular is beautiful at night. We had a really lovely time, thank you Martin!

Very good place to stay! We stayed a week during the Fallas festival with our cats and it was very quiet. We would definitely go again 🫶

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The stay was great! The apartment is clean, cozy, with high-quality renovation and high-quality appliances. It has a comfortable kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Clean and tidy bathroom. The apartment has enough wardrobes for storing clothes and things. Comfortable bed, enough towels. There is an air conditioning and heating system. It is a quiet and peaceful place for a pleasant rest. Pili and Paco are always kind and ready to help, for which we are very grateful to them!🤗

What can I say, FANTASTIC all of it!! Great location apartment was spotless, Maria was brilliant from start to finish. I stayed with my girl friends to celebrate 50th there first time in Benidorm and the weekend was brilliant. The balcony was the icing on the cake super views, watching the world pass by. We were able to sunbathe on the beach and nip back to the apartment as and when. Clean safe great location lovely restaurants not far from old town or you could venture to the new town, what more could you want. Thank you so much I I will Most defiantly be booking your apartment again.
