It was a house with a great 180 degree view. Especially the terrace on the top floor was spectacular. There is no other structure on the same level as you. There are views on each floor. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood. The roads are a little bad because it's a relatively new residential neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Since it is an uphill area, it may be a bit of a problem without a car. There are large chain markets 10 minutes away. The house is built as a twin villa, the host lives right next door. Although it is usually a situation that is thought to be a problem, this is not a problem, they are very sweet people :) The host has very clear communication.

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

We were very pleased for the operators to welcome them with interest, relevance, and smile, and send them off afterwards. Our stay was comfortable with the comfort of home. For five days, our two children enjoyed the immaculate pool. When we experienced the quality of the business, we recommended it to our friends. Thanks to its proximity to the beach, the city center and the aquapark, we had a nice holiday as a family. Suggestion: We had the opportunity to make Turkish coffee, but tea pot can be added to the kitchen for tea-loving guests. If everything goes well, we can choose Leo Premium again next summer. It is 15 minutes away from the national park by car. The location is very nice, the grocery stores can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car. The house was prettier than the photos, the towels were spotlessly clean, smelly. The house is very close to the pool of the compound, the pool was quite clean. The site was very calm and decent people. Quiet, calm green complex. The variety of the house was very enjoyable. If there was an oven in the kitchen, it could have been even more beautiful, but there were all the other items, even the thermos was considered (it was already stated in the advertisement that there was no oven, I'm writing it in order: ) ) The host was very interested, we had no problems at all. We were very satisfied, would recommend to everyone

The house was exactly as described. There seemed to be rooms and beds everywhere. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting the nearby Archeological Museum (walking distance) and of course, Ephesus (3 minute drive). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

Hello, our week-long home adventure with a pool was amazing. First of all, the fact that the house has a camera and an alarm system gave us a separate assurance. The fact that all rooms have air conditioning was very good for hot days. Having a pool was tremendous and very pleasant for parents and children. It was very important to have daily pool cleaning. It was a different beauty for us to have water in the kitchen. Also, it was a happy situation for us that Ms. Banu was always answering our questions.I hope we could not give the same pleasure.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. Finally, it's a quiet place away from the noise. Thank you so much for following the host. See you on another vacation. By the way, I'm glad I'm a member of this system.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We can only recommend this house. We'll even be ready for a second time.

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

Ms. Gülşah was very friendly and warm, we were very satisfied with this, renovation was necessary for a few places in the house, a quiet place as a neighborhood was not a disturbing factor, as I saw in another comment, it said that the neighbor was uncomfortable for the dogs, but we did not witness that the dogs barked a lot, it did not bother us, it was very suitable for us to have a peaceful and beautiful time.

I would like to thank Mr. Ali Can and his family, they greeted us sincerely. They informed me about the house and the neighborhood. The house was what it looked like in the photos. In addition, a balcony with sea views, the sunset can be watched. Çamlaraltı Bay (Çamkoru Sitesi), which my teacher recommended, was a magnificent place to have breakfast and swim, we went twice. Haydar Bay, Akbük Coast was very good. Only the Police Moral Camp, where public personnel could enter, was also very nice. We also visited the beaches and bays of Didimin, Sarıkum 2 Bay was a small and calm beach. Cennetköy Beach was also small and beautiful. The house we stayed in was very well located due to its proximity to the places we visited...

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday.
